4 of the last 5 trips resulted in an absolutely awful coffee. And the 1 right time was because I was able to go back and get my disgusting drink fixed. The cup shows the correct order, but the laté had no mocha, no sugar, and tasted burnt. For the cost its really upsetting to get a drink that gets dumped.

The amount of incompetence at this location is ridiculous. They never put sugar in my coffee. I started to bring a spoon to stir my coffee and try it before I pull away . I’m always handing my coffee back and saying hey they forgot my sugar. Today I didn’t check my bagel and got home it wasn’t toasted and had the wrong cream cheese like are you kidding?
Maybe they should hire someone to double.check the orders before they go out . My order is simple coffee with cream and sugar whats so hard about making that correct. I dont even wanna start about how the coffee taste like tea somedays . Coffee is not cheap and there’s not many places around here to get coffee so stop being lazy and do your job

Coffees were really well made. Extra/extra just as ordered. Not burnt like some places late in the afternoon. Cashier was nice, but line moved slow.

Unfortunately the last 2 times I have come to this location, my latte has had an extreme amount of grounds on the bottom to the point I couldn’t even drink it. I’m paying almost $5 for a drink I’d like to not have grounds in it. I’m not sure if people are forgetting to clean the machine, are lazy, or what not. But the price of the product should reflect the product received, which it did not.

The drive through set up really terrible, although it’s probably the only way it would work in this located, and there is a long line 80% of the time! They usually get my order correct though!

Every single time I go to this Dunkin’ I have a horrible experience (I know it’s my fault for continuing to give them chances but it is directly next to my work). Whether it is getting a bacon and cheese wake up wrap when I order bacon egg no cheese or a completely incorrect coffee it feels like something is always wrong. Today I ordered a small ice coffee with oak milk mocha and shot of coconut (the same coffee I order here multiple times a week and multiple times a week I try a different variation of it but I have come to expect it will be wrong but still better than no coffee). I had to repeat my coffee order 3 times at the drive through and still it was given to me incorrectly but unlike the normal mess up the shot of coconut was an expresso shot which I can’t have because I am 8 months pregnant. After wasting my money here way too many times I decided to leave work and come back and politely ask for a new coffee made without the espresso. The guy wasn’t very apologetic but was nice and made me a new coffee. When I got out I noticed it wasn’t full which is a disappointment considering I get to have a measured amount of caffeine a day and upon taking the first sip tastes extremely strong making me feel like once again it has been made with expresso. There was no label on it so I don’t even know what he used to make it but I do know it doesn’t taste at all like what I ordered. I will not be asking for a 3rd coffee and finally will be breaking my ties with the toxic relationship I have with this Dunkin’ Donuts and I will not be returning. If you have another option please do elsewhere because this place sucks.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. The person at the window had no interest in being there. I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with tea and they made it with water. And the ice is 80% off the drink. I also ordered two sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps and they didn’t put the sausage on them. Overall unhappy experience and will not be back there EVER AGAIN

Me and my wife had a terrible experience at this Dunkin! We had to repeat our order seven times and they still got it wrong, and then when we got to the window we waited another 8 minutes! Yet her coffee had no flavor in it no sugar and barely any cream it was quite disgusting, and she had to throw it out! Such a waste of money do not go here if you desire a good cup of coffee

Had the same experience as the review below mine… waited in the drive thru for 15 plus minutes, got to the window and they were discussing an issue with the order previous to mine. Proceeded to get my coffee only half made. When I went back inside to get my order rectified, the woman’s manner was kind of aggressive toward me because I was aggravated I was now running late to my job which I left over an hour early for (TO GET COFFEE, my job is only 20 minutes from there) wouldn’t write a review like this if it wasn’t almost everyday. I’d avoid this location to save you time in general, the drive thru is always at least a 15 minute wait.

Lincoln New Hampshire has one of the cleanest and friendly atmosphere going. Not to mention I really eat from Dunkin, but the donuts were really fresh coffee as well.
