Legit almost every time I come here and there is one specific person at the window (I don’t know her name) she ALWAYS gives me the wrong food and drinks. Like today went to get a sandwich turns out when I got to work I was given a bagel that wasn’t even toasted, what a waste of money. it’s simply because I swear she refuses to read it’s happened multiple times but this was like the 10th time (over the span of like 4 months because I don’t go very often) and now I’ve finally decided to leave a review because it’s just quite ridiculous at this point.

Unbelievably bad. The girl who took my order showed she couldn’t of cared less. I actually walked out without my coffee I was so upset. And I paid for it. She took my order and then decided to take 2 or 3 other orders from the drive thru. Make them before finishing mine. She couldn’t move any slower. And no it wasn’t her first day, she knew what she was doing!

Rudest worker I have ever met. Ordered drinks with my friends HOURS before they closed and lady with glasses complained that people who get refreshers have a “hive mind”. We told her straight she was being rude.

This DnD is in a prime location. Management is something to be desired. Last week this place has been a wreck, computers not working, re paving the parking lot (why not just shut the place down). Look at the end of the day they have 1 job sell coffee and donuts. Failed on large scale. I drive alittle further and experience a better managed place. I’m done

Love the new cold brew with sweet foam. Some days there are long lines but the employee’s get me moving to work quickly and are always really polite. Numerous times other customers have even paid for my coffee…nothing wrong with coffee and smiles!

I ordered about $40 worth of food for a function this morning and they asked me to wait in the parking spot while they finished. No problem! As the woman came out to give me everything she said “next time you order this big would you please come in”… I’m sorry but that is what they pay you for. great customer experience right? i already dont like dunkin, but this dunkin will never be gone to again by me. food was a mess, the drinks sucked. great job dunkin.
