Greetings, Earthlings. I have landed on your planet and immediately been drawn—against my will—into a place you call Dunkin’, located directly across from a giant orange box that says U-Haul (which I believe is either a storage vessel or a ceremonial shrine for humans who are constantly moving but never emotionally progressing).

I am here often. Too often. Apparently so are all of you.

First contact highlight: the iced tea. Sweet mercy of the Milky Way. Ask for “Pookie.” Do not ask why. Just ask. This iced tea is so sweet it made my eyeballs duck for cover like they were crossing Storrow Drive during rush hour. One sip and my internal organs started chanting “LET’S GO BRUINS.” I don’t even know who that is.

Now… the food in the glass case. Look. I’ve traveled light-years. I’ve seen things. But tapping on that glass gave me the same feeling as tapping on the hot-dog roller at a 7-Eleven. You know the feeling. That “yeahhhhh no” feeling. I’m not a “food behind glass” kind of alien. HOWEVER—my offspring (small Earth humans you call “kids”) still receive nourishment from here, and they survive, so science checks out.

The coffee? Not my species’ favorite. Yet somehow, inexplicably, I keep ending up at Dunkin’ so much that when I see one while driving, I get irrationally annoyed. Like, “Oh great, ANOTHER Dunkin’—what is this, the Space Needle or Route 93?” But then five minutes later I’m in the drive-thru again, questioning my life choices.

Boston translation for fellow aliens:

The vibes are chaotic

The iced tea slaps harder than a Southie handshake

The staff is wicked efficient

And yes, we all pretend we’re not addicted

In conclusion:
This Dunkin’ is not just a coffee shop—it’s a lifestyle, a gravitational pull, and possibly a cult, but one with excellent iced tea and a Pookie who understands the assignment.

Would return. Probably tomorrow. Against my will. ☕

My wife and I ordered a large refresher and it was dank with concentrate and the south East Asian man working on a Mother’s Day afternoon handed it off with a smile. It was a perfect ratio of ice, green tea, and euphoria on the first sip. We don’t want this experience to end.

Canceled my order because the lady had no idea what a double sausage egg and cheese on a cinnamon bagel was. After handing me a breakfast wrap, meanwhile the other employee ignored the situation. My card still got charged which I am really aggravated about because I never received any of the items. I personally do not like thieves and incompetent people. i will forever boycott going here after this debacle

Ordered online for drive-through pickup. We wanted one sourdough sandwich with sausage and it came with bacon not sausage. Ordered a sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and wanted American cheese and they put white cheddar. I used to be a late night supervisor at Dunkin’s on 3A and don’t understand how you can read a order, and not make the order to what it’s supposed to be. This isn’t the first time this store is messed up our order. We usually go to the Quincy one on Franklin Street because we get better service with the things we actually want in our order. But with this one being right up the street it’s a little more convenient. We actually have one closer to us but we stopped going to that one too because that one also always messed up our orders. It’s a shame the people making the the drinks and sandwiches can’t even do that correctly. It’s honestly not brain science. And it shows that some people don’t care about their jobs and just care about the paycheck and the money they’re getting for the job they’re not doing well.

Heard a lot about dunkin as the staple coffee go to in America, were from England. Bit disappointed with the coffee but we like ours strong, the service however was lovely, the staff were super friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast we ordered

Ordered a ice latte with less ice and only got around 2/3 of the cup. Asked why and they said less lce always come with a smaller amount of which I never heard of based on the 10+ years experience with other Dunkin locations. Refused to fill the full cup. Ridiculous.

4/5/25. I know I shouldn’t but I ordered from this location the second time. Same order – latte with less ice. Not only the cup was not filled but this time they also put half cup of ice in there….. I wonder what sl standard ice would look like, probably just a full cup of ice. Absolutely ridiculous

Sometimes.when I ordered a hot coffee it tastes burnt or syrupy. I like the food and the breakfast deals currently. 5 dollars for two wakeup wraps.and a medium hot or ice regular coffee. I’d get the ice instead of the hot. Service.ia good and Friendly. I also think the place is clean and staff making the food ensure they have good hand hygiene most of the time. I look for that because I have to put the meal in my mouth and I’m paying for it. I do speak up when I don’t see it but for the most part it’s a clean place with conscience staff with yummy food output

The angry little Mr. India who works mornings makes me want to drive farther from my house to the other one just before the bridge. Some day I hope the un-earned hostility towards me fades. Until then may Shakti and Shiva be forever in my corner.
