We were traveling from NJ for our son’s soccer tournament and stopped at this location twice. Both times we were helped by the same employee, Abby, and she was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and even remembered part of our order on the second day! She truly made us feel welcome. The other two young ladies working were also very pleasant. The location was clean, and our orders were prepared quickly and accurately. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience with this Dunkin Donuts today. (1255 Main Street South Weymouth MA) 9/15/25 at 1:43pm. I had ordered on line but accidentally sent my order to the wrong location, when I realized and came here, I apologized. Instead of understanding, the manager gave me an attitude because I walked inside to pickup my order instead of going thru the drive thru to pick it up. (Which clearly wasn’t visible to me at this location that I have never been to) She then made me wait about 15 minutes, ignoring me. When I politely pointed out how rude she was being, she refused to give me her name. Her exact words were.. name? Good luck finding that! (With NO name tag on) just the manager shirt she was wearing.
I understand mistakes happen on the customers end, but nobody deserves to be treated with disrespect when they are being apologetic and just trying to pickup their order.
Higher management should address customer service skills here with her asap because this experience is making this Dunkin’s loose customers!!!

It’s always really clean when I go in and the young girl that works the counter some weekdays makes a very good coffee and is really sweet. Every time I go through the drive through they never stir my coffee and it always tastes bad. Idk if it’s just training or if it’s just the lack of quality caring. I was a manager for years and even I know that the quality of the coffee is much more important than dt times. That’s so old school. You’d get better tips at the drive up if you took the literal 5 seconds it takes to stir a cup of coffee. With swirl based products it’s in your training to do so anyways. Id recommend going in if you want good coffee. I’ve also gotten donuts and there’s hair on them so definitely need to do better at hygiene.

This new lady Deb (new manager by the looks of it) is terrible. She was extremely rude to me when she was ringing up my order. She also messed up my order and when I brought it up to her she said “you didn’t tell me that” with attitude I also saw her yelling at her employees in front of bunch people waiting in line. I’ve been coming here for years. Until this new lady is gone. I won’t be back

Coffee tastes like its a week old. Donuts and bakery stuff didnt look fresh. I dont think they are replacing the coffee liners and reusing old coffee. I cant imagine how much bacteria and mold people are drinking everyday if they arent. Ever since this manager deb started working there this place has gone severely down hill.

“I’ve been going there every day for over 4 years. I’ve had a few issues in the past, but recently the staff has changed and the service has become terrible. I had a problem with one of the attendants — she was very rude and arrogant with me. Apparently, the person who treated me that way is the manager of the place. It was a very unpleasant experience. After more than 4 years as a regular customer, this happens!”
