I go to this one pretty often since it’s close to my house; most of the staff here is brilliant and very kind, especially some of the Brazilian staff members. However, there is one shift lead/manager there who is an older and heavier set woman with glasses and a long ponytail and she is always there barking commands at people and is very demeaning. Everything else was astounding, if you ignore her verbal abuse to the staff.

I paid for my items with cash, then the older hispanic woman working the drive through refused to give me my change, threw her hands up and kept telling me to “call trump” over and over again while she walked away. Im not here for politics im here for food items. And you cant stiff customers of their change. The sandwiches were cold too.

Like many Dunkin coffee shops the ones in New England know how to serve coffee. The store was newer and clean and updated. The food was great and the Pumpkin Spice was great. Sorry Starbucks

Ur typical Dunkin but newly renovated and clean. Sometimes it’s hard to get workers attention when order at the counter as they are running around taking care of drive through orders. Expect it to be very busy on the weekends when soccer games are held nearby.

Walked in to see 4 employees giving someone in the drive thru the middle finger and swearing at them including the manager( recognize her from the past) .. turned around and left they didn’t even realize I walked in… disgusting behavior don’t go here

I came here for a frozen coffee, which is what I get at all Dunkin’s, and it was perfectly normal. It had the perfect mix between ice and cold coffee. It is so refreshing letting the small ice chips sit in your mouth before melting down your throat on a hot day. Their sandwiches here are just as good as any other Dunkin’s and I was satisfied with my service other that it taking a while. This Dunkin’ does always seem to have a very long drive thru.

Just went to this dunks this morning, and ordered a side of regular bacon for my daughter. I will never understand why all of the Dunkin’ Donuts sell undercooked bacon. The picture on the left is what they served me, and my daughter was gagging and threw up from the bacon because it was undercooked. I had to cook it more for her to be able to eat it. The picture on the right is after I cooked it longer, as bacon should look when being served to people to eat. It’s not just this Dunkin’ Donuts, it’s all of them I order it from it’s always undercooked.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Dunkin’ since it first opened, but over the last few years, the service has declined significantly. Orders are frequently incorrect or missing items, and when you try to address the issue, the response from staff—especially the manager—is shockingly rude. Unfortunately, I’m not the only one who has had this experience; after speaking with others in the area, it seems to be a common issue. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service from a brand like Dunkin’. It was never this bad before, but at this point, I’d rather drive out of my way than return to this location.

I typically go in and here to get my coffee everyday. The assistant manager berated me in front of the entire restaurant for saying “excuse me can you unlock the bathroom for my boyfriend” after we stood being ignored for ten minutes. She told me I didn’t ask her correctly, then proceeded to ask me if my boyfriend was a man or woman. Absolutely horrifying behavior. The bathroom is covered in literal feces always, Jessica has a horrendous attitude and was frazzled and out of breath over 3 tickets. As someone who works in the restaurant industry this is a tragedy. Jessica needs to be fired or retrained immediately. The other employees shouldn’t have to put up with her attitude either, as I witnessed her verbally abusing them. She also attempted to refuse to provide her name
