My GO TO Dunkin. It is by far the best one around. I’ve rarely had a mistake made, all the food is hot, drinks are perfect every time, tons of bacon on their sandwiches too. I love this Dunks I go out of my way to go to this one.

I know what to expect when going to a place such as Dunks or similar caliber but if there is a mistake, it is with this location. Ranging from hashbrowns being overcooked so that they are hard and dry to no bacon on the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches or no ice in the iced coffee (my personal favorite). In my restaurant experience, these mistakes are due to carelessness. Consistency is important and here the overall feedback is that they are consistently inconsistent. The staff seem friendly enough for the few seconds of interaction.

I ordered a kids temp hot chocolate. I was served a steaming hot, hot chocolate. The outside of the cup was so hot it was difficult to hold. Had I not had to remove the lid, I would have been under the impression I got what I ordered.
The staff told me, they don’t serve kids temp and don’t know what that is, kids are allergic to milk and multiple other excuses. Blame lies with DD as I should have been told when I ordered kids temp that that is not an option, verses being served a drink that would surely have burned my child and told after the fact.
This was a safety risk and I would have much more to say had my child been hurt after I was served something different than what I ordered. I should have been told, they don’t serve that and given options. I was not apologized to for the mistake or misunderstanding. I was given multiple excuses for why what happened was ok.

I was there 10/7/24 and Mike and Jovanny stole from me and DD. I asked for my reg xlarge midnight, I always give $5 it’s $2.97 with the senior discount and I let them keep the change that’s a $2.03 tip on $2.97 purchase. I do this everytime. On 10/7/24 They were both acting strange and I noticed Mike didn’t ring in my order and out the $5 on the shelf below him. I questioned them and they tried to tell me it was on the house. I said your lying, if it was on the house you wouldn’t have taken my money..I told them how mad and upset I was, that I had always been a good customer and that I was not coming back. I got home call the corporate office to report it and the following day the Manager Jacqueline called me and stated that she watched the video and could clearly see what happened and it wasn’t the first time. I told her I wasn’t coming back and she assured me they will not be there anymore. Well guess what, I went yesterday and when I drove up to pay guess who was at the window??? MIKE. I COULDN’T BELIEVE HE WAS STILL THERE AND JACQUELINE BLATANTLY LIED TO ME..I CALLED HER AND GAVE HER A PIECE OF MIND AND I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN. I CAN’T BELIEVE DUNKIN DONUTS LET Their EMPLOYEES STEAL..MAKE SURE YOU Watch THE PEOPLE AT THE REGISTER ESPECIALLY MIKE.. JOVANNY DID GET FIRED PER JACQUELINE. JOVANNY TOLD MIKE TO DO IT AND JOVANNY GOT FIRED BUT MIKE WHO DID IT DIDN’T GO FIGURE. I AM SO UPSET THAT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY KINDNESS..LESSON LEARNED

Double drive-through! They have TWO drive-through windows, one on each side of the building, and it looks like they open the second lane during busy times. It was hopping while I was there, but the drive-through lines moved very quickly. Food and coffee were just as I ordered. (The bacon was a little under-cooked compared to other Dunks, but it wasn’t bad.)
Tip this fine crew well. They deserve it!

I went to Dunkin on winter st in Weymouth ordered 2 English muffins and two hash browns the sandwichs the English muffins weren’t toasted the bacon was nearly raw and the hash browns were terrible they were very undercooked and u could taste the water still in them every time I go there it’s always a bad experience sad but true
