I just came by for a standard coffee and one sandwich. I sat in the drive through window JUST NOW for almost 10 mins and the young lady who handed me my order grabbed it from right in-front of her which means it was sitting there for who knows how long. It SHOULD NEVER take almost 10 ENTIRE MINS for a single coffee and sandwich. Managers or whoever should be delegating tasks better to ensure sufficient service around the clock. Esp during morning hours and afternoon hours. There was no one in front of me the store inside was moderate so theres no reason my order should have been sitting getting cold or any reason i should have waited almost 10 mins. Always enjoyed coming here until today new service is horrible

This Dunkin’ is mainly a drive through location that is attached to a gas station. Its a busy location with tight drive through but it moves fairly quickly. Staff here is very pleasant and coffee is good. Its tough to get in and out as its on a busy street.

I just sat in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes for 10 munchkins and a coffee. Sat at the window for five minutes with no acknowledgment. Then the worker hands me my coffee and munchkins and the order was WRONG . I refrained from getting any hot food there worrying it would be wrong, but can’t even get the correct flavored munchkins right absolutely ridiculous. – the worked asked to “fix it for me “ but as that point I was already running late I had no time for them to take another 10 min for the correct munchkins.

Food is garbage unless it’s a donut or muffin. I stood at the counter and there were 4 people working the drive thru. One lady walked right past me looking miserable. Didn’t greet me, didn’t look my way, didn’t smile, didn’t acknowledge me at all. Then it took over 5 minutes to get a basic hot black with sugar. The manager girl hides in the office all morning until mid day when they have one person working. She also has an attitude of someone who doesn’t want to be there. As for atmosphere, it’s in a gas station.

it was barely busy and the workers ignored me while one was chatting with a regular and the other kept looking at her phone idly. They let me stand there without a greeting or without taking my order for an inappropriate amount of time. that’s not the worst part since someone walked in after me and one of the workers greeted them and took their order as soon as they walked up. plain discrimination, and they couldn’t say anything when I finally spoke up about it. If you’re black or brown, find somewhere else to go because they are racist here and they will be passive aggressive towards you.

All we ordered was two hot chocolates. Somehow the two people working there failed to communicate and got our orders wrong. After we ordered we were asked what our orders were again by another worker who made the hot chocolates incorrectly, and then was rude when we requested that she fix them. The person ringing us up barely spoke out loud to us. This location needs to do better. Very mediocre.

Worst coffee ever and awful attitude. I specifically ask for 6 cream and 6 sugars so that you can’t go wrong with a extra extra on coffee and you could tell right when she handed it to me that there wasn’t enough cream in it, so I handed it right back and asked for more cream, she gave it back to me with a huge attitude and it didn’t even look any different and tasted absolutely awful. This happens at this dunks a lot.
