A November 3 my son, please order and brought me coffee, The order was wrong. Shortly afterwards, ask for them to fix my coffee, audacity of the employee in a very rude matter, saying that the coffee was not purchased there. she refused and sent me on my way. I asked my son and he confirmed that was the location he purchased a coffee. customer satisfaction is key for thriving business. The location is excellent. The service is awful.. never again order at this particular Dunkin’ Donuts.

Customer service always on point, those employees are running around like a chicken with it’s Head cut off! Talk about fast food, in New England if u don’t drink dunks coffee I would consider you a Yankee fan.. . NO REALLY I WOULD. Can’t go a day without hitting them up at least twice. Horrible service, unsanitary, employees placed food on dirty counters, service slow, moving like turtles, poor little kids placed a order and waited at least 15 mins for their stuff, everyone who ordered after them was taken care of before them.
Management should really look into new help with people who actually want to work.

The Dunkin’ Donuts is in Joe’s Food Mart. You have to go in take a left and it’s all the way in the corner. Felt a bit weird going into a liquor store at eight in the morning, but it’s Dunkin.
