This Dunkin is the best Dunkin I have experienced in Boston, no actually in the US ever since I have been moved from South Korea.
First of all, the cafe is clean. I mean always clean. Never smelled or trashes flying on the floors. They are just always clean.
Moreover, which is more important, their staffs are so fast and kind and professional. ALL OF THEM(I mean I come here a lot but I may not be able to see all staffs yet, but I can tell that I saw about ten staffs so fa) and all of them were super kind and very helpful to customers! Especially I would like to appreciate Dariela for her amazing service attitude towards customers. She is always welcoming customers and also very supportive when people are trying to order. She is super cool!!

I always go to that dunkin to buy my coffee and the service is fast, but a few weeks ago I went in and there were 2 employees arguing as if they were small children’s (in my opinion it looks bad) they’d should’ve had gone in the back or somewhere were there’s no customers!!
And also I went in today and there was a tall lady who was just sitting and eating were they make the sandwiches her name started with a J.
But they are really fast with orders.

Ran over to this DD while awaiting the hotel shuttle to return to the airport.
Service was expedient. The line moved rapidly thanks to efficient service. I had a cup of Original and a Boston Kreme donut. All was well.
I highly recommend this Dunkin when in the Chelsea area!

We just went there. It was posted it closes at 3PM for Xmas eve. We got there by 2:50. The nice lady took our order and gave us our donuts. There was one lady who refused to do our mobile order. If it was so close to closing why are they accepting mobile orders to come through? The lady shook her head and gave us attitude. We basically gave them free money because she didn’t give us our hashbrowns or croissant stuffer. We left instead of giving them a hard time.
Wish she didn’t have to spread the bad vibe on such a jolly day.

I’m always coming and something going on there. I have to stand up on the register for almost 6 minutes and five people on the counter and we have register .stations. I don’t understand. I only have 2-4 minutes to get my coffee and leave. That is only reason I go to.

This has to be the nicest Dunkin I’ve ever been too. There is never a long line and the people are super fast and have the nicest customer service. Even though this place is like 5 miles from my house it is always worth it. I’m able to charge my phone while I sit down and the coffee and drinks are fantastic. There was a day where one of the employees accidentally messed up my order but she was very caring about her mistake and was very apologetic about it and she gave me a free drink to make up for it which was very nice. This is also the perfect spot to warm up if it’s too cold outside to wait for the silver line and it’s very warm. Really love this place.
