One of the ladies that works there always has a bitter face (she doesn’t have to smile but if looks could kill) and it is not as if it was busy. I was the only one in there. Then I get the loaded potatoes and there is a speck of cheese. I also got a chipotle loaded potato and it had no cheese and barely any chipotle sauce. At least she makes the coffee good.

Worst service we have had in a Dunkin’ Donuts. The place closes at 8pm, we arrived at 7:15pm, the lady in the counter acted like she was doing us a favor by taking our order. The nagging, complaining and frowns got worse with every item we added. No wonder the place was empty when we arrived. I give 2 stars since the food did not disappoint.

Coffee was good, donuts were good. The bathroom was adequately clean but the staff needs to open it for you because the latch is weird. That being said, the staff member who helped us was very nice and polite.

This Dunkin Donuts has poor customer service. My friends and I ordered on the Dunkin Donuts mobile app for pick-up, we had ordered a meal with cream cheese on the side, they claimed it wasn’t on the receipt then made us pay for it. One of my friends toasted twisted bagel had a long hair in it, I reported it to the worker and she gave attitude about it. Then upon looking at my bagel, One of the sides was heavily toasted while the other slice was raw. As for my other friend, she had a hair in the bag that her bagel was in. Overall really bad Dunkin Donuts.

My wife get there and ask for a regular coffee and croissant toast with butter and look what she got, if you are in a bad mode or don’t want work just call sick, that’s easy I use to do that!

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’s for 20 years. I know a few people who works there and they are very polite and knows what I like to order. Never fails how nice they are. Very clean and love the new remodeling.

Lady’s seem nice they’re so very very slow to actually get to making the orders. I went in when it was completely empty and I watched as they talked and joked as I stood there waiting, I had to eventually talk to one of the supervisors to get my order made since they all seems to had “forgotten”

Best morning crew. I go there every morning and have a hard time thinking before my coffee so before i even order my coffee/food is either already made or in the computer. So thankful for these guys. The SM is attentive and consistently viable on the floor and the crew members are friendly, fast and considerate. I generally enjoy going there every morning.

So I ordered a coffee cake muffin heated with butter this morning at this place. I was in a rush to get to work so I didn’t bother looking at my order before leaving when I got to work the muffin was literally burnt!!!!!!!! While waiting on my order I seen the young lady that was taking care of my order talking to another worker that had walked over and I know the other worker had said something to the younger worker about the muffin and she still served it to me. Absolutely disrespectful.

Don’t go here if you have anywhere to be. They are consistently slower than any other dunks in the area, this includes app orders.
