Two days in a row I got grounds in my iced macchiato… I actually asked them this morning to make sure there weren’t any. The manager (I assume- no uniform) even looked at the bottom of my drink. But once it settled, there they were. I’ve had many issues with them getting my order wrong over the last year or so but kept giving them a chance. This is enough for me.

Everything I order from her is def a miss and subpar quality compared to the plethora of other Dunkin’s in the area. They also seem to always run out of things much quicker. If you need something dependable don’t count on these guys.

Never again! We were waiting for more than 15 minutes and the guy didn’t even answer us, he was disrespectful my 70 years old aunt who wanted a regular coffee, don’t come on Thursday at the afternoon if you don’t want to meet a this guy!
