What was once THE best Dunkin Donuts around has since faded into the realm of horrible coffee. The coffee always taste burnt, the drive through line in the afternoon is horrific even when there are little to no cars. I now avoid this location.

I got a coffee and and donut. I used my rewards points, which worked out good for me it saved me some money. They have tables to sit at and a drive thru plenty of parking. They make the coffee good too.

Everything is good just in the drive thru it’s like if they don’t hear you clearly they almost always are missing something. They’re nice and fix the issue if I say something but maybe the speaker or headset don’t work just some feedback.

I had a very ridiculous experience at this location this morning today I was there to purchase a donut with a gift card and I was asked to present a ID. Since when did we need a ID TO GET A DONUT? If it was credit card I understand but using a store issued gift card and you need an ID… what the …And he was very rude and refusing to use my gift card and I had to pay cash.

I unfortunately received my drink with whole milk and I know it was whole milk because I broke out into hives have cotton mouth and unfortunately was not able to finish this drink. I had asked for almond milk but that was forgotten which I understand mistakes happen but very unfortunate. I was not able to turn around to ask them to remake my drink due to time inconvenience but hopefully next time it won’t happen again. I do come here every week and was also shocked by the little amount of matcha put into the cup, it’s legit a whole cup of milk.

I don’t think there’s a single person working here who can tie their own shoes without some help. It’s a miracle they make it out the door and into work.
I’m not usually one to rag on service workers, because let’s face it dunkin is a terrible company that underpays and cuts corners everywhere. But I’ve been here 3 times and they still have yet to get a single order correct. There’s always something missing or wrong, every time.
By the way, the coffee tastes like mouthwash.

My partner and I came to visit this dunkin yesterday and we both ordered iced coffee with cream. Our drinks had spoiled cream and they both smelled and tasted awful. We never had a bad experience before this but we won’t be returning because of this.

Personally I would not recommend this place to anyone and that’s just my honest opinion I started two weeks ago, mind you I’m still knew. The Dunkin donuts register is complicated as who knows what. My co workers I don’t even want to get started on them, they are so rude to me very impatient with me , one of them even had the nerve to tell me even if it’s been two weeks there I should still know everything. Talk about poor training I could say I didn’t even have proper training I just basically had to use my own . Another co worker of mine saw me making a few mistakes, like nobody perfect, she slammed the cup in front of my face, they talk about you in their own language, but you know they talking about you . I say this with sincerity I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I wouldn’t even use them as a reference to any job. I’ll be glad when I get another job offer and give my weeks notice and never see their faces ever again or set place at that company ever again.
