It’s Dunkin Donuts. What more can I say? The coffee is great whether it’s hot or iced. I love the egg and cheese sandwiches and the service is always really fast. I like how clean this particular store is whenever I go there.

No chairs, bathrooms been “out of service” for 2+ years though I saw a worker walk in the bathroom and appeared to have used it. How does a dunkin maintain an out of service bathroom for over 2 years. Bathroom should be fixed and chairs should be added

The Boston kreme and the coffee roll were alright, but me and my friends were standing there for 20 minutes waiting for our items and when we went up to the worker to ask for our items they accused me and my friends of stealing we tried to prove we didn’t but my friend who paid threw away the receipt and then the owners checked the camera which took forever and we never got out ham and cheese stuffer. If you want dunkin go to another location.

Even when the app gives me trouble they always help fix, even though it’s their app that doesn’t take my order right every single time. Better than any other Dunkin’ and believe me no other store helps. I worked at a Dunkin’ several times and was the sandwich maker machine. Those stores don’t even compare even though both times I worked there, sandwiches always are right but a lot of time drinks were wrong and they took their time to assist them. Can’t say enough about this location from management to associates they never ever get my order wrong. Best Dunkin by far. They don’t have a drive thru and there’s only a long bench you can stand up and eat but I have a broken spine and they are around the corner so I get in and out fast even when the app gets my order wrong. They always are so fast to fix it even though they are always busy. Thanks, Dunkin’ for ALL that you do.

This is a Terrible shopping experience！The cashier looks like a Indian woman. I came here this morning to help my friend place an order, we tried to order in the app but failed, so I told the cashier that we need to reorder one, and we have an account and QR code, she ingore our request，just told us that we can’t order in the app. But It shows that we have this rewards, she did nothing and did not tell other cashier or manager to help us, she’s attitude very bad. That is why we go back to the store to do it again and told to the manager. As of today, this is the second time happened to me, and I don’t want it to happen again.
If you want to have a good day, stay away from that Indian woman!
