The dude in this dunkies looks like he doesn’t want to help the customers. When we got there my 2 kids were wondering who is running this place. Dude was in the bathroom. I said hi he didn’t say anything. We order munchkins and he was upset the kids wanted 4 of glaze and four sprinkles.

I used to think this was a really good location but since about 2 months ago nothing but issues! They literally can not make a drink without messing it up, I order doordash almost every morning from this location and every morning either something is missing or the drink is wrong I have had to order over twice and then proceed to still have to show up in person because they made my drink incorrect for a 2nd time. Every single drink is dark with espresso and bitter but no other dunkin is this way! its very FRUSTRATING. Not to mention there is never an issue when I go in person my drinks are normal so what is the issue ? Also if you are out of something call the customer to ASK what they want instead of just putting anything in the bag

I ordered a dunkalatte which mind you i order this drink every morning or at least almost every morning and I was delivered this drink below !! Mistakes happen but ordering a dunkalatte and receiving a black iced coffee with everything at the bottom seems like a intentional mistake i don’t know at this point it’s very often they mess my order up but this was outrageous

This group of women were great today! Totally engaging all their guest’s old and new! They were funny cracking jokes amongst each other and the people in line. And they were honest, as I left my phone there and realized after getting home. They had my phone and some child’s barbie torso ready to be returned! Thank you ladies!!!!

I get here at 8:40, and they have thrown everything’s out. Only can get coffee. I worked for Dunkin for years, if you close at 9, you serve everything until close. Server was rude and said we trashed everything because we close in 10 minutes. No, they close in 20 and that’s not right. Never again will I go to a Dunkin do to the rude server and nothing but coffee available. Horrible.

Always friendly, fast and gets my order right every time! However, Its a small location in a busy commuter neighborhood with no drive thru, so its get crammed in there easily during peak hours (thats the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars)
