I recanted my 5 star to a 3 star… I’m really sorry but unless the guy who’s working who has really pretty longer hair I think he’s a manager, unless he’s working you’re not going to get what you asked for. I ask for orange cheese and every time I go they still give me white cheese.. it’s gross I hate the taste of it, I never eat my food from there now because they always mess it up, and it’s the same lady who’s cooking every time and my ticket clearly says AMERICAN CHEESE. If yall don’t have it I’d rather you tell me, then me spend $10 on 2 sandwiches for them to just go in the trash. Hands down the BEST DUNKINS AROUND! They’re always so nice, they always make my order perfectly, any other Dunkin’s we’ve gone to they never have the flavor of refreshers my husband and I drink, this location has NEVER been out of it. Every time I order the sweet black peppercorn bacon at other locations they never give it to me they always give me regular bacon which I don’t like. They pay attention to detail here, and they cook everything the way it should be! They’re awesome!!!!

I have been getting my morning coffee here for years. They are always very kind to me and my dog, Banjo. Someone usually manages to sneak Banjo some bacon and that makes us both very happy.
My only complaint is that one specific manager has turned off Dunkin Radio and replaced it with some non-english spoken word stuff. I didn’t know the content, but no one seems to be into it. Plus, when he’s there no one seems to be having fun and they are reluctant to sneak banjo bacon when he is there.

Coffee actually tasted great (dunks typically are a hit or miss with me.) the woman behind the counter was exceptionally nice and friendly. Definitely a refreshing experience. I’ve lived here in Somerville my whole life and I’m not much of a typical Bostonian “dunks” person, whenever I went before, my experience wasn’t as great as today. The current staff is lovely.

This establishment should be watched investigated and buyer beware check your food, and watch their preparations in the food making process. The women manager is very very rude prays she leaves. Treat your customers better.

Always go here when in town. Friendliest DDs you can find anywhere. Workers are helpful and the people are friendly. Reminds me of the old time saloons on TV where everyone knows everyone
