The legendary “America Runs on Dunkin’,” I grabbed a bite after shopping at the nearby Target. The taste was so-so, but it was cheap. I ordered a $6 combo meal, which included:
Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich: I chose the croissant (see bottom for reasons)… I watched the staff reheat the egg and bacon in the oven, so it was quite oily; the croissant was fluffy and crispy, but also a bit oily. I felt really guilty eating it.
Hash Brown: Such tiny hash browns! Perfect for one bite. A little overcooked, dark and burnt, but quite fragrant. Although the ingredient list didn’t say anything, I could taste the eggy flavor.
Medium Coffee: I told the staff to add only whole milk, no sugar or syrup. She was shocked, asking me repeatedly, and even when I picked up my order, she asked again if it was really good. The coffee tasted like as plain as water, comparable to the level of China’s Lucky Star Coffee.
P.S.: The accent of a female staff at this branch was really a test of listening skills… To be honest, I only understood the word “croissant” the whole time I was ordering.

Walking into this Dunkin makes you not know what to expect. The floor has coffee all over it and the place is dirty as can be. The only reason I am writing this review is because much to my surprise the man who made my hot latte did an exceptional job. Not only was it foamy at the top (which never happens at Dunkin) but it was ACTUALLY HOT (which also rarely happens at Dunkin). This went above and beyond my expectations.

Service was faster than some locations but my bagel insured I won’t return to this location. Perhaps there is a global cream cheese shortage of which I’m unaware but when I got out to my car and unwrapped it, I wanted to go back inside and take my tip back.

Be aware of a young tall skinny male who works here he has a temper and can become beligerant and refuse service. The female manager is very nice but she probably can’t handle all the young kids here. Her service is wonderful and she keeps things going.
As I was telling her about the employee’s behavior I pointed out that the cooler was leaking and someone could have slipped and fell easily. She made an employee mop it but this shows that employees are focusing on personality issues and drama while they JUST make food INSTEAD OF MINDING THE STORE.
Still it’s still one of the best locations around for quality food and coffee that remains the same as it has for years. Conveniently located, on public transportation.

They have a scam going with B and B towing! BEWARE! If you park there (which there’s signs saying you can pay to park) and you do not spend ALL of your time in the Dunkin Donuts, your car will be gone. They literally wait for you to leave and then immediately call the tow truck. There was even a lady who paid to eat at a restaurant sharing the same parking lot and they towed her as well! $200 cash only

I ordered a latte, coffee maker muffin and a blueberry muffin about 3 days ago. The latte was VERY light and the muffins were dry and felt like they crumbled just by looking at them. When I complained and told the barista there he said that he couldn’t do anything as he was told by his manager to make coffees light and he was being monitored by the security cameras. When I said I’d write a review he said that his manager owned multiple stores and nothing would happen. I wanted to write this the day I visited this place but I was to tired due to the code not being good. Stores like these are diluting the Dunkin brand just like the barista is diluting the coffee. But in the end all said and done don’t choose this place to recharge if your on a road-trip

my online APP order is never ready on time. I would order when leaving the house and arrive 10 min and still nothing made and there is no line.
my sweet pepper sandwich sometimes only come with 3 slices and if I am not mistaken these special bacon sandwiches are suppose to come with a decent amount.
No time to check my food until I arrive at the office to see it that my food was made poorly.

After email conversations Dunkin’ will visit this location. To speak with manager. I did go back to order a sandwich and it was disappointing, look at photo. This is suppose to be sweet pepper bacon sandwich.

However, the person on sandwiches was not inspired. If I said he was working at glacial speed, I would be giving him a compliment to his expediency. He made one item at a time start to finish. His kitchen display board (kds) was in the red from top to bottom. The manager treats me very well. She realized I had not received my wrap and help the staff member get my order complete.
I gave a one because I have kitchen experience and I know that you work as a team. If one fails…the team fails.
Speed is very important during the rush when most guest are trying to get to work on time.
Please teach team members how to read the kds and expedite, not take your time.
