Made the mistake of stopping here off the highway, which is clearly not the intended purpose.
But after accepting our error, this location was actually pretty cool, nestled in Patriot’s Place. The food and service was pretty average for Dunkin, but the theming and decor made this one a little memorable.

You can’t go wrong with Dunks before a show at Gillette. The only downside for me was they didn’t have any Boston Creme to go with my coffee! Be aware not a whole lot of seating inside. We decided to get ours to go to enjoy the weather.

8 o’clock at night during the Taylor swift concert, they were just locking the doors and closing for the night it was down pouring and all I wanted was a hot coffee… Gigi was nice enough to let me and a few others of my fellow drivers in to get out of the rain and get a coffee. i never even bother to leave reviews because who even has time. but this woman at this dunkin actually made me so mad for the rest of the day because of her disgusting attitude. i go in to order a drink and she SIGHS and ROLLS HER EYES as i walk up to the register, which is whatever but like not super nice but that i could forgive. i ordered a mango pineapple refresher, and when you order one of those it’s customary that they ask if you want green tea, or lemonade as the base of the drink. she didn’t ask and when i got mine it was made with green tea, so i asked her, very nicely i’ll add, “hey is there anyway i could have this with lemonade instead?” and she goes “nope no no way you didn’t say you wanted lemonade sorry” and i was like girl, it’s not that serious, which i didn’t say out loud because i’m NICE. and then she said if i want it with lemonade i have to buy a new one. and like she said everything it such a rude tone and she was so snotty about it i just walked out, and i literally never do that. i work as a barista, and i literally would never treat a PAYINT customer like that. anyways, i hope that employee gets fired.

The manager here is the nastiest woman I have ever encountered. She was disgustingly rude to me and when I asked here what she was so upset about she tried to turn it around on me and say that I wouldn’t let it go. All because I told her I ordered an iced macchiato and not an iced cappuccino (politely I might add). It’s the worst I have ever been treated in a place of business. I certainly will never use this location again. Beware.

Used to come in every morning. New ownership came in and jacked the prices ($3.49 for a medium iced coffee). Guess it’s back to the office Keurig. Staff is great though.

After the Patriots game, and standing in line for 10-15 minutes we get to the counter and the cashier all of sudden says she will not serve anyone else. We were the very next people in line and there were approximately ten people behind us. Why would you not lock the door when you want to close up instead of having people wait and then kicking them out? Customer service needs a lot of improvement in this location.

Went here today for a ICED GREEN TEA. they handed me an iced regular tea claiming it as “green tea” and when I took a sip I spat it out almost immediately as I had gotten it sweetened and there was just a huge pile of sugar sitting at the bottom of the drink.
