Order was accurate, most of the staff patient and friendly. Only downside is limited parking and seating but overall not bad at all, just exercise caution upon entering and exiting the parking lot!

I am sitting in the parking lot right now on a Saturday morning having logged in to make this review because this has to be the best Dunkin in all of North Shore. I live in Ipswich and I go out of my way to go to this location because they always have my order ready and correct and it’s just a great location with a great crew. my daughter and I call it the golden dunks because of the color of the sign as well as their top-tier service.

I always have to place my order at least 15 minutes ahead of time otherwise it’s not ready when I get there and I end up being late for work. This time I ordered like normal and it still wasn’t ready because the espresso machine wasn’t working. I waited for about 15 minutes before having to leave without my coffee. When I heard it wasn’t working I kept trying to get someone’s attention and no one would even look in my direction. I’m writing this so hopefully you can improve. Every person who walks through that door should be greeted and checked in on even if they are not ordering at the counter.

Absolute worst dunks I’ve been to. The man gave nothing but attitude and blamed me for forgetting to put something I ordered into the machine. There were two other customers sitting eating and the man snapped at them “hurry up we’re closing” and didn’t even wait for any of us to leave before turning off the lights. Don’t go here.

Ice coffee. Observations regards the manager. I’ll call him: Mr.Grump. He’s all business, never, never, never smiles or has a friendly word. I suspect life was hard for him growing up. There’s always a reason even if we don’t know what it is. Coffee was good. Just my honest observations.

I rarely eat out due to OCD and cleanliness issues in restaurants but this dunks has been my “safe” spot for ordering out when I come down to my boyfriends house. I give cleanliness a 10/10 for this place!
Today however (unrelated to cleanliness) I ordered a Decaf Signature Latte because I can not have caffeine in large amounts due to a heart issue and I saw the screen said decaf when it was rung in, and the sticker also said decaf so I trusted it wholeheartedly. I drank 3/4ths of it and not long after my heart rate spiked and I had a flare up due to the caffeine affecting my chronic illness and spent my entire day being ill in bed. This type of flare up only happens when I have regular coffee instead of decaf.
My goal for this review is to have everyone understand how imperative it is to make decaf when it’s requested as it could potentially send someone to the hospital (not me this time thank the Lord) and hopefully some sort of conversation can happen with employees and even managers on the importance of recognizing why someone may be ordering something specific. This dunks hasn’t steered me wrong, others have and I started telling them I have a heart condition and can’t tolerate caffeine in a “regular” amount and they have still disregarded my statements and given me regular coffee so I stopped going and started going to Starbucks. This location has been one of the good ones and hopefully this is the only time this happens here! The employees are wonderful and so kind and I love seeing them when I come in because of the trust I have for them! Keep up the great work just please make decaf for those that ask for it ❤️

They need to straighten out their hours. On the door it says they are open 6 to 6 daily. On Google it is listed as 6 to 330 daily. Today, 11-28-2021, I put in a mobile order at 3:07. Yet when I arrived at 3:10 to pick it up the doors were locked and the employees were cleaning up inside. This is the second time this has happened. Sure it’s only a few dollars but I don’t appreciate Dunkin stealing my money.

Overall good place, good coffee and donuts. I miss ordered or she didn’t hear me but the manager made my 2 other coffees, but I had to get back in line to pay. I wish they had prices on the stuff they sell while waiting in line for the bag coffee and stuff.

The manager of this Dunkin’ is probably one of if not the nicest and most genuine person I’ve encountered in the food/service industry. My Interaction was not very long, which is nice because I need my coffee to function in the morning, but for some reason his good mood rubs off on people and makes this location very inviting for guests and I will be back to get my coffees a lot more often now.
P.s. Although I am focusing on the manager the rest of the staff was very friendly and efficient as well.
