What is going on at D&D Lynnfield St. Peabody, MA? Ordered 3 large coffees and only 1 was partly correct. Could it have been due to the fact that the person taking the orders and filling was non English speaking? Very disappointed. Will not return. $$ down the DD drain!

Does not allow customers to use bathroom. I say we boycott them until they allow people to use the bathroom. It’s a restaurant, and I don’t know how they get away with it. What a shame because the staff is friendly and they make good coffee. If they only let people use the restroom.

Awful. I will never go here again. Not only did they have absolutely no personality but also horrible customer service. They don’t know how to make a simple iced coffee. How in the world do you screw up an iced coffee. But on top of that this is the second Dunkin’ who has the balls to put cinnamon sugar on top of a peppermint mocha latte when it’s supposed to be cocoa powder(I know it’s cinnamon sugar because I saw it.). Plus they didn’t even stir my iced latte. If I could give them no starts or negative I would.

Coffee and wake-up wrap were great. Despite indicating that they have wheelchair-accessible restrooms, there is no restroom available for customers; it is for employees only.

This used to be my favorite dunks but ever since they did the remodel it has gone downhill. The last 5 times I got an iced coffee caramel with cold foam it was missing the cold foam and tasted horrible. It is unfortunate because this was always a very consistent dunks but seems like they either lost some of their good employees or hired one really bad one.

Just witnessed an irate customer who was very self entitled trying to berate staff because they made her coffee wrong, then she demanded they re-make it twice because they used the same sticker on the new coffee and customer thought they dumped out half the original and didn’t really re-make it.
Staff then showed customer the old coffee which was still on the counter.
Staff were very patient with this oblivious and angry customer who should never go out in public again
