My friend and I took a trip to Dunkin’ this morning for a coffee break. We did two separate transactions in one car which could be overwhelming but the cashier handle it patiently clarifying each order. There was a special offer through the DD perks to get a free medium coffee with a purchase today as well. My friends app decided to login her out once we got to Dunkin’ and the internet wasn’t allowing her to get back in. The cashier named Kathy whom I believe is the shift leader was sooo kind to us as we pulled up to the window. She was able to scan something allowing my friend to get the free drink without the use of her app! Being college students we value saving every penny we can especially on coffee and I couldn’t be more grateful for such wonderful costumer service my friend and I got at this Dunkin’ Donuts location! highly recommend!

Went through drive thru at 7:45 and was told they could not do americano because they already shut off their machine. So i asked for a dark roast coffee he said he couldn’t do that either. All he had was original or decaf. I looked up if dunkin can refuse to sell dark roast or espresso during operating hours and it clearly says they can’t. I’m highly irritated that a coffee shop can’t offer what they’re known for.

I walked in, the drive thru is always backed up.
My drink came quickly and somewhat accurately. Anything from the kitchen for hot prepard food….forget it. I was standing at the pickup counter waiting patiently and a lady from the back kitchen area asked me what my order was….. I told her. She seemed confused and frustrated. The drive thru window cashier seemed to be waiting on the kitchen to finish orders aswell…. she came over with my order handed it to me and was muttering something like “this is what you get” could not quite hear it all. Then she made other comments about people standing there waiting for their orders.
This is a repeat issue I have encountered, that’s why I figured I should mention something. I hope things get better and managed better

I never dine in but these folks are morning drive through heroes. Cheering us on and feeding us when they don’t get paid nearly enough and people bark at them all day. Literally nicest people ever, if you take the time to talk to them! Tip and be sweet to them. You couldn’t handle this job, and they do it every day! Thanks for being there!! Also, a cheer for our rainbow folks!!!

Food was gross- stale bagel- loaded hash browns had nothing in them and a little sauce- no napkins.

The worst experience of my life in ordering a Dunkin. They didn’t have anything on the menu, espresso machine was not working. Folks over here are super rude and really need to think hard about how they treat people.
The employee/manager at the drive thru claims that Dunkin is a multi billion dollar company and it’s clear that this billion dollar company doesn’t spend enough on training people or selecting people.

They don’t know what they’re doing. They think they know but they’re completely wrong. They talk down to their clients. They act like they’re above all and know everything but they’re wrong and they just treat you horribly the worst dunks in Massachusetts absolutely horrible. The two people working October 30at 10:30 in the morning should be fired. Those two are bumbling fools.

There’s this one girl there who’s really nice. I love her, I hope dunkin donuts pays her well cause she gives me the best drive through experience ever. She goes above and beyond. Also all the people there seem to be good workers.

Always go at 6pm before I go in for the night shift to get a large iced tea. They NEVER have any ice tea left and refuse to make me one. They offer me green tea (which I really don’t like). This has happened about 15 times the past few months. Very frustrating!
