This is a large restaurant with an abundance of empty seats (as in all of them) with a drive-thru, so the lids, napkins sugar, garbage are alllllllll the way back at the entrance. Poor design, cold, uninviting atmosphere not to mention chilly, over air-conditioned vast dining area.

I went there on the morning of 3 August at 6:15 AM. There was a young man working behind the counter. He had the absolute most energetic, contagious, amazing personality, which made my experience being at a new Dunkins that I’ve never been to, a great experience and as a cashier myself that is absolutely a treasure to have someone like him who is super sweet and very nice

Horrible experience. Ordered a breakfast sandwich which I waited 15 minutes for then they hand me basically a raw sourdough sandwich I ask to have it toasted and get handed back a black sandwich. Who in thier right mind hands someone a black sandwich. This location sucks on so many levels. Steer clear

With so many other Dunkin donuts I would definitely pass this one by. Horrible experience and the staff who worked there definitely weren’t lgbtq friendly. (Not sure if anything changed) But I knew someone who got a job there and was not treated with the respect and decency they deserved. Definitely classless and with so many other options this location can just close its doors. No accountability or responsibility taken for anything. Plus they aren’t the nicest. I ordered some donuts and only ordered 4 and instead of giving it to me in a box he threw all of them in a bag and smooshed them. Made him give me new ones and in a box but of course he had an attitude. Well I guess that was above his pay grade. I would advice those who prefer respect and decent service to drive a little more and get coffee and donuts somewhere else.

Manager yelling at employees in front of everybody about him going to the bathroom fast and then getting on the food area not something that you really want to hear and it seems sentence especially when he’s very loud screaming it and being really rude to his employees all of them about different things where is the professionalism the mannerism in appreciating your customers people get it together

I go in to avoid the drivethru wait. Forget it. The window rules. Coffee? All I get is sweetner and dairy. Dunkin is for people who really don’t like coffee.

Ordered a large iced coffee today and was handed this. So frustrating when you pay for a large and the entire top is missing. I complained and the guy at the window gave me a bunch of excuses and didn’t offer to fix it.

There’s nothing more infuriating than being corrected by the little man at the drive up window. I ordered a large regular coffee with cream and one sugar and a shot of espresso. I’m older and we used to just say large regular and call it a day. Now we have to be specific because the coffee is so watered down that it’s terrible. Regardless the little man was rude to correct me. We will never go there again. Worse Dunkin Donuts ever. Oh yeah it’s Dunkin’ hahaha!
