December 22, Pre-ordered a dozen chocolate crullers to be picked up Wednesday, December 24. Asked if I needed to pay when ordered or at pick up. Very nice girl at counter stated when I pick up.
Wednesday I go to pick up, a different woman rudely told me they didn’t have them. They sold them. Said I was supposed to be there early. I told her there was no time on the order, and I wouldn’t have ordered them for early morning as I had to work. She said she’d get the manager… he came out, didn’t say anything to me… she repeated that I was supposed to be there, this time she said 11am. I again said, no…I knew I wouldn’t be available until afternoon. Again, she RUDELY said, well “they are gone, you were supposed to come early. You can come early tomorrow morning.”
I needed them Wednesday night…. that’s why I ordered them for Wednesday.

Make sure to add the sugar that is supposed to be in the beverages if it is required lately every time to go to get a beverage I get no sugar

I picked up donuts and coffee for an event this morning, but the real reason I am leaving this review is to give a shout out to Nadia, who helped me with my car as she was arriving for work. I pulled into the parking lot and my car would not start again and she helped me jump my car. Thank you so much!

I come to this Dunkin donuts every week to get coffee for my client. I said what I wanted slow & loudly & how I wanted it. 1st they charged me too much & 2nd all my coffee’s were made all wrong. The girl who tended to me was rude & so was the young male manager. This is the 2nd time I have come to this location with the youg male manager working who got my order wrong & he was very rude. He definitely does not set an example for his workers. This location is in Amesbury MA

I come to this location every day on my way to work and every day I have to check my coffee to see if it’s been stirred. How hard is it to stir coffee. How do they expect the driver to risk an accident becuz they couldn’t take those last few seconds to stir the coffee. I leave a dollar tip if its stirred. If its not..oh well. If I have finish their job they dont deserve a tip.

Workers are rude. I am allergic to chocolate chips and I asked for a muffin specifically without chocolate chips and they put the muffin upside down so I can’t see it. Finally I get home and I flip my muffin over and I see chocolate chips.
