Just went there and got two donuts and a coffee roll that came to ya total of $4.84 and paid with a $20 bill. I was then handed .16 cents and told I’d have to come back hours later for my change. I literally just got robbed by Dunkin’ Donuts. They have cameras and need to watch them immediately in these situations and hold whoever’s in charge of this store accountable it’s not right to treat customers that way.

This used to be my everyday breakfast stop on the way to work. Recently, the food they served are not up to the mark. I didn’t mind much because it was still edible for the price I pay. Yesterday, I purchased a bagel as usual on my way. First of all, the person who applied the spread cheese had messed up all over the outer wrapper and the napkins. I think the person who wrapped it had cream cheese sticking all over his hands. On arriving at my work place, I took the bagel out of the cover and it smells awfully burnt. The outside edges of the bagel was charred and breaking down to black powders. The seasoning on the bagel were also burnt and falling off. I tried taking a bite and it tasted so burnt and bitter that it was not edible. Even two halves of the bagel were so different that they didn’t not fit perfectly (the top half was larger in diameter than the bottom half). I am not sure if the working crew has changed, but I can see that the quality of food has gone down to the drain. This needs to be addressed and changed asap.

I stopped in for a coffee and a snack. This is a newer location from the looks of it and very clean. The location is well staffed and they were quick and responsive. My only complaint was the way it displayed the baked goods. Only donuts and muffins were on display. I couldn’t see what bagels or other baked items were available.

Service is not that great, I was the only one in line inside the store . 3 associates walked by cleaning and just ignored me standing there. After 13 min I finally asked if someone could take my order. The looks and attitude from her very unprofessional. Also how do you mess up a med regular coffee, unless you do it on purpose. I’m so done with this dunks, even the female manager is rude.
