I literally pay for a bagel and asked them to put veggie cream cheese on the side. First of all they put the veggie cream cheese on the bagel. That’s fine but There’s barely any cream cheese on the bagel so I asked the women up front can I have an extra cream cheese on the side cause you barely put it on the bagel. No, you have to pay for it. Okay that’s also fine but do you see how much cream cheese they put on the bagel and didn’t even give me a knife to spread it out! Absurd. And the manager dint even offer to fix it. I have never had any problems with this dunks now all of a sudden I do.

Everyone at this location needs a good raise or 2. I’m here literally every single day and everyone is so nice as well hospitable. I’m always greeted with warmth and genuine kindness. My order is always made 110% exactly how it should be. The whole team is wonderful. Hands down the best Dunkin location around. Even it’s out of my way on a different route, I still always come here specifically. 11/10. Best Dunkin team here.

Morning management needs better training but the rest of the staff are great…when I put in a mobile order around 6:03am sunday they apparently didn’t get the order and despite showing the receipt for the right location and the order they instead wanted me to dispute it with customer service instead of fulfilling my order making me purchase it again which doesn’t make sense

This branch is probably understaffed. I know it’s not easy to find quality staff, but the staff here are incredibly hardworking and always smile and make an excellent Cold Brew.

The place was awesome in my opinion. The staff is great and there drive threw is pretty quick. There’s 1 worker there his name is John. He does a great job. I literally go in there just to say hi to him. Like I said great staff great place .

Whoever was working on this date 5/18/2024 at 6:25PM needs to get fired ASAP. Those girls attitude are so poor . they act like they are making you a favor. Without us they’ll have no job. Get those lazy girls out! if that is our future then we are in serious trouble! The drinks only 1 was good and the other 2 was HORRIBLE!! it was more water than flavor. I will never go there again.

You guys need to hire some more competent people who can speak a secondary language. We all have patience and can understand up to a certain point, but when I have to repeat my order more than twice than there’s a possible issue, that maybe, the person at the window should get more experience in understanding English. Moral of the story, I repeated myself more than once and my order still came out wrong. They ADDED something into my coffee that I never asked for. Waste of money and time. I was in line for over 18 minutes as well.

Don’t expect you’re on the go order to be ready when you arrive. They are more focused on screwing up orders at the drive-through. Will never step foot in this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again!

Something or the other is always wrong. I live close by so I was a frequent but no more. First of all, the coffees aren’t standard. An iced caramel macchiato always tastes different, too dark, too sweet blah blah. How come? Food is messed up. They either forget half of it, or take way too long to serve stale sandwiches. They never have coolata syrups. Cream cheese is never applied on the bagel. Toast is either over toasted or soggy and barely done. Employees are unfriendly. Overall just always a bad experience. Save your trip.
