Got the protein latte, in Saugus, the other day. The thing was awesome, so good. It was my new drink. Got it with an extra shot of express O. It was like a $7 coffee, almost 8 plus a sandwich. I get $12 $13 order. No complaints, delicious. I get it in here nasty, burnt like I couldn’t even drink it $13 just to literally throw it away. shocker, its just, it’s clear. The training. shows the staff and the locations shows one is clearly made correctly. Because it tastes good and the other one obviously it tastes like it was made with someone just experimenting but come on, man. If you’re going to charge someone $13, don’t play chemistry set. Grabbed my regular iced coffee at Dunkin’ – can’t start my day without it! Later in the afternoon, I stopped at PapaJack for a late lunch. Their buffalo chicken wrap was fire! Always fresh and flavorful. Great spot to chill and grab something hearty.

I stop every morning to get my coffee, I was save my points, I decide to use today, but unfortunately, the manager said was only for hot tea and I get coffee, for a regular customer what is a big deal just let it go. It’s the same price, a tea and the coffee. Do you know how many times I buy things to get 400 points to get a free coffee ..is not that I want a free coffee every day, so next time be nice to a customer.

Literally if I could give ZERO stars I would. The way I think the manager mary was her name , or Maryanne. The way she spoke to her employees on the floor is embarrassing not only for the establishment but the way she almost made this worker cry. Nobody shouldn’t be treated that way especially for a $15 an hour job to be treated like garbage. Also, the swearing I heard on the floor infront of my child was insane.

When I visited twice I had two major issues. This Dunkin’ doesn’t not have a public bathroom which is a huge downside for me on my lunch break and needed a bathroom. Additionally, there scanner for the phone rewards doesn’t work. I went on two occasions and both times didn’t get anything because they could scan my app. Definitely disappointed in this Dunkin because if they did have a public bathroom and got a better scanner I would visit more often.
