Dawn is her name. She is mature and customer friendly. I see her interactions with other customers. Even if she is helping with another order. She gives eye contact and says -be right with you- or something to that effect. When she was away visiting family I missed her presence. She is a valued worker in a place that gets very busy often

if i order drinks and a food item my food is always missing when i come here in the morning, it takes about 3 minutes for my drink to be ready and then i’ll be waiting 10 for my food just for me to ask about it and it’s not even being made. this has happened now on multiple occasions and today i just left without asking about it because i was in a rush it’s a waste of money and i regret coming every time i do

Place was a tiny bit dirty but also was super busy so I won’t harp on that cause it is understandable. I mean they had a lady cleaning around customers as fast as possible. And the people taking and handing out orders were fast and precise. Just where it is probably a bad idea if you want to use the drive thru seems to be always full of a massive line of cars. Still would go again though.
