I went in and got 2 iced brown sugar espressos. 1 large and 1 small. I watch them make the coffee and then top it off with extra ice because they didn’t give me enough coffee. We payed in cash and they also shorted us on change. We finished our coffees and left them in the car. The ice melted. Take a look at how much ice they’re putting in the drinks vs how much coffee. Other dunks do not do this. Scamming people is not the way to run a business.

Before visiting any restaurants and service providers, I normally check their review, but who should be checking review for a Dunkin? Now, I know better, I will keep checking reviews before I go into any of these places. If I have gone through previous reviews on this Dunkin, I wouldn’t be here, but it’s good I got here to witness their poor customer service and add my genuine review to their service.
I usually do my reviews based on my personal experience and without any hate or biased mind. This Dunkin is one of the most unpleasant places to visit with terrific staff who are rude, arrogance and lack manners.
There were two people with special needs who have intellectual disabilities and are trying to buy coffee. The staff were very inpatient and intolerant with the most embarrassing manners I have ever witnessed.
These staff need to be trained in customer relations and many other areas before they can be Station in this Dunkin, if the management are interested in making genuine profit.
No body deserves to be treated like a trash inrespective of your disabilities, looks, or appearance. The folks came into Dunkin with their card to pay. They don’t look like berger. Some of us waiting in the line was telling them to be patient with the customers, but the low pay staff was busy with his frustration.
I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin to anyone who cares about customer service and respect for humanity, either black or white.
This Dunkin just lost a customer because I wouldn’t visit here again.

Hair on my bagel and disgusting green thing on the cream cheese. After long time trying to explain I want a cream cheese bagel I found a hair in the bagel and a disgusting green thing on it. It looks like they don’t clean the utensils before to start a new order. Coffee so bad taste too. I just throw all the complete order except the donut.

Every time I go in there the employees are just standing there looking dumb when I’m waiting to take my order. I was the 1st one in line but they spent their time making drinks for the people behind me since they were regulars. So even if you’re the first person in line out of 5 people you’re going to get your drink last for some reason. And then they still make the drink wrong even though they move painfully slow.

We went there and the old man with terrible accent at the counter was rude, unwelcoming and could barely understand what we ordered. Also we ordered coffee with caramel and they gave us with no caramel – very unprofessional

Double check your order! There is a woman there that works the register who consistently gives me the wrong order. I think she just grabs a random item from the shelf and puts it in a bag. There is also too much ice in the iced coffee. And, lastly, an iced coffee and donut cost about 15 cents more here than at other Dunkin Donuts locations. Probably best to avoid.

I placed my order and got my drink quickly (that employee was friendly and efficient). There was one order ahead for hot food and then the next order came out and was mine. It happened to be the same order as the person after me. The worker would not give it to me and gave it to the next guy and said “same order. He was waiting”. I knew he hadn’t been waiting and didn’t say anything. When the other order came out next I looked at the order number on my drink and the meal and they were different. I didn’t want to create a scene but if it happens again I’ll be speaking up.
