This is hands down my go-to Dunkin’ in the city. My order is always correct, and they do a great job with the refreshers as well as my new favorite drink, the Iced Matcha Latte.

The only small issue I’ve noticed lately is at the drive-thru window when ordering through the app. Sometimes they’ll hand me my drink and tell me to have a nice day without realizing I also ordered food or donuts. It’s nothing major, just seems like an occasional oversight.

Overall, still my favorite Dunkin’ and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

My favorite Dunkins! The staff is amazing especially the lady named Christina. She is always fast, friendly and efficient. Everything is always right when she’s there. That place is a vibe!

Only guy in line, empty place at 4:24.
3 employees working. One dude and an orange braid woman never looked up or behind them to see me for 10 min, young girl walked back and forth then asked what I wanted.
Then asked me 2 more times like I wasn’t saying exactly what I wanted.

I left with out a purchase because I was discussed with them all!

I’ve been to this Dunkin location several times and the coffee is always burnt tasting. The quality of the coffee is not the only thing here suffering, I ordered a bagel sandwich with no egg (allergy) with only bacon and cheese instead I got an egg bagel with no cheese or bacon. Maybe instead of the staff hanging around playing on their phones they could put a little effort into their work. Probably the worst location in Lowell. Save yourself a trip and go to Middlesex St. or Chelmsford St.

I was really craving a coffee the other day before work so I placed a mobile order to pick up later, and accidentally pressed confirm around 1:30 without setting the correct time for 2:20. Due to my mistake, I decided to call the Dunkin’s, apologize, and politely ask if it were possible to hold on making my order until then, and they were really rude to me upon my request. The manager told me “Don’t make it happen again,” even though I had already profusely apologized and obviously didn’t mean to do it the first time either.

My boyfriend went to go pick up the order through the drive thru, and one of the employees told the manager they had a mobile order for “Julieanne.” The manager came out with “Oh, what? She finally picked up her order?” I understand that it could’ve been troublesome for them, but I already said sorry, and feel like they could’ve been a lot nicer about it. Moral of the story, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

What’s going on with this location recently?? They messed up my order and the coffee tasted burnt. I asked to speak to the manager and the kid in front said she was busy with her boyfriend in the back?? Worst Dunkin in Lowell.

When I was homeless two years ago, I’d buy something cheap and use the WiFi to send finished art commissions to people so that I had money. It’s too far away to eat at now. The employees were the best.

1 star is too generous.
Suppose to be open 24/7.
Just walked in got ignored by every single employee was not greeted the place is a mess 4 homeless people sitting outside shooting up.
There’s packs of ciggerrettes lying around on the counter 3 differrent kinds.. just never coming back.
The woman in the pony tail was rude and the greasy kid with the beard just looked at me and the wall at the same time and walked away.

Most of the Dunkin I go to, they solved the issues. This Dunkin on Dutton St. The employee needs to get train on Dunkin App. I have receipt showing I order on the go. For some reason, the ticket didn’t show on their end. Not, my fault, I have my proof and they didn’t care. He was rude, he needs training how to talk to customers.
