Every week I get a couple of iced teas one for my wife one for me. Then there are so many times that the staff forgets that the iced tea is out on the counter for us to pour for ourselves. I have to remind him of that probably 5 out of 10 times.

I went to the drive thru. The guys made me repeat my order three times. When I got to the window they were fast but my drink was wrong. I ordered a medium tropical guava refresher with sparkling water. I got a medium mango pineapple refresher. I don’t like complaining but I’m allergic to pineapple and I didn’t realize it was wrong until I had driven away (I thought it was just really strong). The food was good and hot tho.

Ordered a medium iced coffee. The cup was more than 3/4 of the way full with ice. What in the world?! What a total rip off and waste of money I got about five sips out of it before I reach the bottom. It shouldn’t be necessary to tell people exactly how many ice cubes you need in your drink but I guess you have to do it at this place.
I paid for the coffee too, It’s not like it was free. And the women inside were rude to an old man.

Make sure you only use the drive-through if you order ahead on the app and pick it up inside or order inside your order is admittedly not as important as the drive-through. I sat there for 10 minutes with my drinks and watched order after order go out the drive-through window that were ordered after my order. When I asked if my food was going to be coming soon as all these people were after me, I was told that drive-through matters more because the orders are timed and told in a very rude way.

The Dunkin app states “Order ahead Monday and get extra points”… They don’t have enough staff to unlock the front door to get your order anyways…..huge waste of time to go sit in the drive thru regardless.

Erich Weihrauch I do believe the reason for that is that the ovens are cleaned every night. I’m assuming this is the reason because I’ve had a similar experience as well as most of my family. When confronting my middle child who has worked at a few different locations, this was the only answer she could give me. Unfortunately I think she is right and I think this is part of the reason I stopped ordering food from their years ago. However from what I was told if you order a few hours later after they open and few hours before they close.. They do not have that horrible metallic taste. I could be wrong, she could be wrong but I figured I’d throw it out there. Other than that the service has been quick and my coffee always comes out perfect depending on who may be working that day. I’ve lived in the same house for 25 year’s now and my local Dunkins knows exactly how I like my coffee. : )
