ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DISPLAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only did the girl running the drive through ordering have the worst attitude when asked what donuts they have when the one i wanted was not available and proceeded with a attitude as if she was talking to someone from the street the girl at the window thought her awful display of customer service was funny and when asked the name of the girl so i could reach out to corporate she ran away laughing and another girl came to the window as i was letting her know the issue and i would like to speak to a manager said girl comes up rude as can be with ” whats your problem” there is no de-escalation skills there was active listening it was a awful experience told my significant other to not speak as he was clarifying the issue. I have worked in customer service my whole life and dunkins being one of them and know this is far from the norm or professional in any manner. You treat others in a manner which you would want to be treated as a paying customer you never know the day someone is having and dr escalation is so important or you could fjnd yourself in a position you cant get out of. Will be reaching out to your corporate office as this behavior is unacceptable in any capacity especially for a paying customer

Placed a order online for the strawberry dragonfruit refresher. When i went to pick order up i was told they are out of that flavor and they recommended the new guava refresher. It was ok but i wouldn’t get it again. Wish i knew what i wanted was out of stock as i already paid for it but sooo not a big deal. I’ll deff be back. Drink says what i originally ordered. Not what i actually received.

The service is absolutely amazing every time, but the food is absolutely always barely hot and often has cold spots all over the egg and cheese, it’s been like this consistently for months. Not only this, but the coffee is very inconsistent with flavor despite being the same prep every time, sometimes it’s delicious, but most of the time it tastes extremely burnt and doesn’t get drank at all. I just wish it was more consistent with quality, but as I said the service and atmosphere are top knotch

The drive-through is always backed up during daytime hours. I hate this because I feel like it creates air pollution for the entire neighborhood! But if you take the energy to actually get out of your car and go to the counter, I’ve always had great service at this location!

Got bagels two days in a row, first time they didn’t do cream cheese but made me pay for it, and then today they are sloppy with it and Barely put any on. if ur gonna make me pay just put it on the bagel

Went through drive through. Server gave me the wrong order and it wasn’t even close! Wrapped napkins around my drink so I was unable to view the contents until after I took the first sip. The line wasn’t even long, just laziness!
