I don’t know what kind of workers they have work at the winter st. Dunkin’s in haverhill. Someone should be fired. Literally changing my whole entire order and giving me something that I was allergic to. I ordered. I’m a md ice coffee, caramel and coconut and three creams. the store gave me a medium hazel nut 4 creams and 4 sugars. Well never come back here. Some people are allergic to hazelnut, and substituting coconut for hazelnut is not the move to go.

Waited 10 minutes at the empty drive through before walking in…. but they were no customers at all. None of them speak English and it took the lady 4 minutes to figure out what a “Blue Raspberry Rockstar Energy Drink” was. I ordered egg and cheese croissant and Avocado toast with a fried egg.
Im very much upset with the service they provide me.I never in my life ate a bacon but they made me do it.As they had added in the crossiant.Also i have ordered Avacado toast where they never added a fried egg in it.I asked for them but gave the same thing.Please check your orders and thank you!!!

Went at 630 pm, the only person in the store, ordered a pumpkin spice latte, got a ice coffee w butter pecan flavor..smh do not come here unless u want your order messed up. These kids clearly arnt trained. To make things worse when we pull up to drive thru, the kid is doing g squats at the window..smh.there was a time dunks use to be good.. what has happened everyone here needs to be fired

So my drink orders not crazy weird but I get it all the time and no one’s ever rude about it. I just substitute milk for cream in my refresher and the employees laughed in my face and walked away to tell his coworkers. Then I was waiting for my drink and I’m fluent in Spanish but I don’t look like I am, so they were all talking about how gross my drink was right in front of me in another language not knowing I could understand them and looking and laughing at me it was such a crazy experience. Like don’t come here unless you wanna feel like an idiot for your drink order, feel like management should talk to employees about decorum

If you like sitting at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, when there is not a single other customer inside or at the drive thru, cone to this dunks. It’s a regular occurrence at night. Employees too busy on their phones, or dancing to the incredibly loud music.

Don’t go here. They are extremely slow. Inside you will wait 10 minutes for 2 munchkins! When my daughter asked Lucy the floating manager for her 2 munchkins after waiting the 10 minutes, she told her to wait because she needed to help the other person in line. When there was already the 8 people waiting for stuff. She needed to help the 8 people get their orders and out the door before having more people wait….Drive thru you will wait 13 minutes for 1 iced coffee. Then they will hand it to you with an attitude because they don’t want to do the job that is paying them…..

Waited at drive thru for a solid 10 minutes with nothing from the speaker, went inside the employees are odd and off putting. Not terribly upset just confused why everyone is so weird. Weirdest dunkin i’ve ever been to never gotten laughed at for ordering before.

Always in drive thru for what feels like forever, when asked to pull to the 2nd window, im forgotten, went this am and the gentleman working the window handed out the wrong orders, watched customer in front of me hand it back to him, and happened when i pulled up to get my order, i try to give this place a time out then see if it has gotten better, but overall i wont be starting my day here anymore, bc america does not run on that dunks, lol be prepared to park

The food and drinks are exactly what you would expect when ordering from dunking. The service offered is usually quick and professional in the drive thru. The parking lot is too small and definitely not oriented well for its location and volume of business the drive thru receives, but that is my only real complaint.
