Today at the Shawsheen Plaza Dunkin’ in Andover my granddaughter was served a wake Up Wrap with totally uncooked bacon. When I brought it to the attention of the young ladies at the counter, I was Not well received. I explained that uncooked bacon is unhealthy & can cause illness. I then said we would appreciate 2 more pieces of cooked/crispy bacon. One of the the young ladies was perfectly agreeable & and went directly to take care of correcting the PROBLEM. The second young lady was exceedingly rude in her attitude and definitely needs to be spoken with by management regarding customer interactions when complaints occur. Uncooked bacon is no joke!!

The 2 guys inthe store thought it was hilarious when I showed them My order was wrong And they put all the components of my sandwich in a wrapper, not put together. The second time they gave me my order.It was still wrong, they found that equally as hilarious. Next time I will stop rather than stop there.

I’ve been here three or four times and this place is always staffed by some teenagers who always forget about my order and always act rude. If you have a self service kiosk you should be aware when you have those orders placed and when people are waiting for them. They just stand around on their phones gossiping while I wait patiently for my order. Avoid this Dunkin if you can.

Terrible customer service! I was shocked by the extremely rude treatment by a woman sever at the register. After, getting my coffee that needed adjusting (I was not rude, just wanted my coffee the way I like it) I went back to counter to just ask a question. The woman at the counter had her back to me and did not respond. i thought she had head phones and tried to get her attention a few times. Finally someone else answered my simple question. I could not believe that she just completely ignored me. There were no other customers. I haven’t been in this shop in a long time because I moved to another part of town but I would never go back.

After driving for 5 hours straight, I was starting to feel light-headed and wanted to buy a donut and a coffee. This Dunkin was the closest, so I pulled off the highway and got here at 6:50 PM. There was a woman inside mopping and she signalled to me to go away when I tried to open the door.
Now I still feel like I’m going to pass out AND I lost 10 minutes on my trip. Thanks a lot .
