Great location, but there is a 80% chance they will mess up your order. I say 80% because of the last 10 times I’ve been there, there has been a wrong item, missing item or something else wrong 8 of those times.

The dude working on drive thru is very overbearing and also his hair is too wild and unkempt to be working in a food environment – that little visor serves no purpose. Today i ordered a medium ice coffee – it was so overfilled that it spilled all over me, the inside of my car and the outside which was washed 1 hour previous. He handed me a few napkins saying “sorry”. That crew needs training – Never returning there!

I mean just wow. Who knew a dunkin donuts could achieve this level of royalty, It was like a 5 star restaurant if it was always squeaky clean and the best staff you could ask for. The staff really just tied the experience together to create such a warm and welcoming place to be, especially the one cute chubby boy with curls. I will never forget the way that signature latte felt rubbing against my taste buds.

They used to have really nice people on in the morning time. Now they just have young kids who like to mess around while on the headsets and purposefully tell you the wrong thing when greeting you. Not very amusing to me but they sure thought it was funny. Might start going to a different location for my morning coffee

I went into to this Dunkin not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised with how great it was. The service was great, the young man with the DJ Khaled hair went above and beyond to make my visit to Dunkin spectacular. I will definitely be back!
