I went in to get coffee using the drive Through. Tried to order a decaf coffee with sugar free. But the person taking the order couldn’t understand what Equal or Sugarfree meant. When I got up to the window, the tall man working the window asked me for my card and I obliged. I asked for sugarfree again, and the person was very rude and said I should ” SAY EQUAL, WHEN YOU WANT EQUAL ” . They didn’t understand it when I said it before and I didn’t appreciate the rude tone of the person serving coffee. If you are in the customer service business, treat your customers with respect. That being said, they wont get my business anymore and I will mention about my experience in my circle.

Thank God Dunkin’ is a fine a dozen in this area because this location bad. I was sitting at the drive thru mic for 5 minutes on a Sunday afternoon when there was only 1 other car I. The drive thru and from what I could see no customers inside.
After 5 minutes someone said something as I was looking up directions to another location but what I responded I was again met with silent.

The worst drive through experience:
Ordered a strawberry donut, drove through to pick it up, turns out it was not available to being with, which was ok. Asked for a chocolate one instead, the guy at the window gave me a vanilla one with frosting down inside paper bag. No courtesy while speaking to a customer either.
Person at the drive through either too smart for the job or the opposite, which is more likely.

Visted this morning. I ordered a Egg and Cheese on Plain Bagel and a medium “Sabrina’s Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso.” The drink took longer than to make the Egg and Cheese Bagel. The bagel tasted stale. The drink was good.

If you want a good start to your morning don’t stop here! order at the speaker and when u get to the window nobody knows what’s going on anymore they messed up everything about my order. they have me wondering if the person at the speaker and the one at the window are even in the same building it’s so terrible…I avoid this location like the plague bc it’s rare for them to get it right and believe it or not it gets worse when you try and go inside to avoid the kerfuffle….you wait even LONGER if i’m going in this direction I will no longer stop here i will go to starbucks from now on just down the street because this place isn’t worth ruining your morning…they owe me money from this morning’s transaction I had to fight the urge to throw my wrong coffee in someone’s face so I just gave it back politely and drove away without bothering with my refund bc I knew this confrontation was going to go from bad to worse I asked for 2 french crullers and a small ice coffee when i got up there the coffee was wrong and they informed me they have no french crullers why take the order at the speaker then? I am going to stick to my promise of never bothering with this location again and I still want my refund GET IT TOGETHER! ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE

Waited almost 10 mins ,had to call drive thru staff over . When she finally came over she signaled to another employee who was sittin, playing with her phone . When i asked her why she let me sit there and wait she got a attitude n became beligerant . I said nevermind she proceeded to sit back down and play on her phone which i tried to capture pictures of but employee told her and she came out swearing threating me and saying she gonna call police . Not very professional for any employee let alone a manager . Was highly Disappointed

In line at the drive through I pulled up to the speaker, no one greeted me so I said hello to check if it was working, and an employee immediately shouted at me to “stop doing that we’re busy!” I decided to drive up the road to another location where service was very friendly.

Was a busy time I get that however no excuse for not making my coffee right. And when asking for cold foam I should get a cold foam sipping lid not a dome lid with a straw. Not sure how to drink this now without taking the lid off.
