I did a mobile order so it would not get messed up and be as easy & specific as possible for all involved. I sent my niece to pick it up. I ordered a large unsweetened French vanilla ice coffee … what that means is no dairy no milk no swirl no nothing… it will look black. . When she arrived, there was clearly milk in it because it’s not black. It’s written down on the mobile order that I made in black-and-white. So she had to ask her to make it exactly the same way without any milk and then she didn’t put in unsweetened vanilla. What is the point of writing down your mobile order if no one takes the time to read it? That is not the first time this particular. Dunkin’ Donuts has messed up my order. There’s 50 more within a 10 mile-radius …I’m out!

I have to say how much I appreciate this Dunkin. I’ve been coming here since they opened. They always make my coffee correct and my coldbrew is always coldbrew unlike other locations. They’re also usually very fast. This is a Dunkin I can depend on!!!

Left me sitting in the drive thru for 10 mins behind a car cause they knew the person and decided to chit chat at the window. And coffee was made terrible. Tasted burnt and had like 4 ice cubes in it. Morning crew is great, night crew not so much.

The ladies here are amazing they only had the drive through open and my son wanted a coffee I don’t drive but the lady made him his coffee anyway I thought that was very sweet of her to do for him she really made my son’s day!

I just want to thank the drive thru crew for all they do to guarantee orders are correct. The staff person today at the window was excellent, before she asked for my payment she went over my order, checked me out and then reiterated my order as she handed it out the window to me. That’s what I call an employee who is customer service related.

In the morning this is the greatest Dunkin’s in the world. However, at night it is ALWAYS a terrible experience. Like just now I get to the drive through at 850 and no one answers the drive thru so I went inside and whoever was working (short girl with short blonde hair) tells me they’re closed. I work 3rd shift this is the soonest I can get here and I only order a coffee this is absolutely ridiculous.

I’m lucky to live 1/2 a mile away because they are hands down the best Dunkin’. They are all SO NICE and like someone else stated , they really do go the extra mile. Today for example I went really early and the muffins just came out so the girl made it a point to tell me it was really hot ! They are unreal quick too. I know people just stop at any Dunkin so honestly the reviews don’t really matter AS MUCH as other places may, but I just hope the staff sees this. Even when they were short staffed during Covid , they were so pleasant! I think the manager Patti/y (if she’s still there) was so amazing during these hard times. I specifically remember her. Thank you ! 🙂
