Worst Dunkin’s in the area… this is a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with green tea… I asked for less concentrate and they first told me they couldn’t do that because it was “pre mixed” then said it was fine and they could do it. Then handed me this thing with no ice and an odd color. Tastes weird. Whatever they are “pre mixing” at this location is sitting too long and probably growing bacteria. Try the new nourishment in Webster it’s way better dunks.

I love everyone there. They work hard, have a good time, and always get every single one of my orders correct. I use the app and everything is ready when I get there. Fresh, iced, hot, anything. This is my go-to Dunkin location. I always order via the mobile app, and they just about always get it right. Sometimes their espresso can taste a little burnt, so I do stick to the refreshers or energy drink they have. However, they always get my order correct and they have a personable staff as well. 🙂

Seriously. I place an order ONLINE. I get there no one knows about it. The rudest people I’ve ever met. EVEN though I’m a regular customer I will NEVER come back here. No bags so my food is going to be stale. No muffins that I ordered. No straws for ice coffee. Seriously I spend a lot of money here. NEVER AGAIN

I live in town and this has of course been my go-to Dunkin. Lately my orders have been missing items, or drinks made completely wrong. I ordered a Dunkalatte, and it was given to me made with milk. I’ve had a matcha made with coffee, and food items missing from orders. 🙁 Customer service is always great! But recipes aren’t being taught or followed

This Dunks is not like any other dunks in the area that I’ve ever been to.
I don’t know why if it’s just the management that runs it or what but they’re a little extra like they put their delivery in bags and they have like a tap that almost you would expect at a bar but for coffee something maybe you would see in Starbucks.
So in comparison to all the other Dunkins I guess you would say that this one is elite
However its employees hold it back from being truly great.
I’ve just gone in there too many times and seen a couple people who just really didn’t do anything at all and we’re just their existing not contributing to the work at all causing more work and confusion by being such dead weight employees.
It’s got a few Superstar employees and then it’s got some deadbeats so until they fix that this place will never reach its full potential.
