The people here are amazing, Josh, Amber and Enzo are absolutely the best Dunkin workers I’ve ever met, they’re so kind. They always perfect my Dunkin’ order no matter what, Even if I send one of my buddies down to get me coffee they still perfect it. 100% would recommend!!!!

This place is unsanitary, they don’t use knifes to cut the eggs they use metal counters to cut eggs in ya sandwiches there swirls and dried up coffee everywhere in the corners and mice are always crawling over the coffee and sandwich station it’s a no for me that place needs to be inspected and shut down ps they always be stealing ur tips 😉

Got an iced coffee today instead of the latte I ordered. A week or two ago I was given 18 munchkins instead of the 25 I ordered. I have had several items missing throughout my recent orders over the last couple months. I usually brush it off because im busy and dont have time to go back and correct it, but its gotten frustrating lately. Im putting in a review because they need to do better, go to another location if you want dunkins, theres a different one a minute up the road from here. Terrible service.

Consistently bad service! Teach your employees how to use their words! No greeting at the drive through speaker nor at the window, just rude! What used to be a great location is now the worst.

I am not one to make reviews but this morning was terrible I was the first person in line and I pull up to pay and got my donut and then was told to pull up so I did. I wait probably three minutes till I’m told to pull around the corner. I then wait about 10 min before getting my food and I still don’t have my two drinks. I watched at least 15 cars drive out of that drive through before even getting my two drinks. I was the first person there and the very last to leave waiting for the bare minimum of food and two drinks. Absolutely ridiculous I’m sorry but that was just the worst it’s been ever up here

The quality of food was really really bad. They gave me burnt plastic smelly breakfast food. What a waste of money.. I was driving when I had a bite and I had to spit it off and throw it away. Coffee was ok but I will never buy their food. I complained to Dunkin customer service by calling but they said they can’t do anything about it as this place is “independently owned.”
Giving 2 stars because of ok to nice staff. One seemed really tired and overworked due to understaffing.. 🙁

The women that was working the drive though took about five minutes to get coffee order correct, it was like something out of a comedy sketch but it wasn’t funny. It was absolutely disgusting and made with zero milk that I paid extra for.
