I used to go here often in the past, cuz a friend lived in this town. Back then it was a hit or miss. It still is! The last time I was there they had about 4 or so workers in the early afternoon, I was waiting inside for almost 5 minutes with that many workers!! I was the ONLY ONE in line. My coffee was 1 star. This is my last time here. Giving 2 stars was just me being fair.

I relocated to Massachusetts from Texas six months ago, and for the first time I experienced Dunkin’ double cups, today. I heard their double cup iced coffee is sorta-New Englandy. I know this is environmentally wasteful but love their customer service!

Its a Dunkin’ Donuts. They work hard to make sure all of them are almost exactly the same and they are good at that. If that’s what you’re looking for then you might have reviewed this place at 5 stars.

Normally I love this place but something just happened this morning that genuinely has made my last 30 minutes of my day so irritating that I wanted just to share real quick, i’m pretty sure it was the manager because she had a grey shirt on with short hair and was wearing something different than everybody else but I ordered a five count of chocolate munchkins and I know that’s exactly what I said and when I got to the window and she handed me the wrong ones I nicely let her know that my child will not eat those ones and even made a joke about it that she needs the chocolate ones I didn’t get a word out of her just an extremely dirty look that my seven year old mentioned and then she went and got them and then came back, just handed them to me without a smile, without saying sorry, without even smirking at all, just rude, extremely rude and I said thank you and she did not say you’re welcome so I then said “you could say you’re welcome, that’s absurd” and I think that having someone like that as a manager it’s probably terrible for the rest of those employees because attitude reflects leader ship and if someone like that is running that business I really hope that they can find someone that can make everybody have a better day because she sure did ruin mine with her unnecessary rude attitude
