This Dunkin is honestly the KINDEST Dunkin ever. The employees are always so pleasant, I’ve had the only ever ‘pay it forward’ at this Dunkin and that speaks for itself.
They compliment you, smile, make sure you get your order fast and are the epitome of customer service.
I feel bad for anyone who lives far from this Dunkin.

I went there today and was waited on by the manager who was a complete JERK! He told the sweet old lady in front of me to slow down her order because he was “taking it easy” today. He was gruff and sharp. I don’t think this coworkers cared for him very much either. Clearly they had a busy morning but the attitude was thick with this one.

Recently in the past 3 months, the service here at their drive up window is chaos. Disorganized, people shouting out loud over microphone and silence at times during ordering process. Purchase a bagel every day and the last week, hard as a rock. Are they from the day before? Terrible, going to Gourmet

Traditional Dunkin’ limited staff working very hard to keep up on a busy Saturday. Doing a great job to keep things moving.
Starting to run out of some varieties of donuts by 1130 am but a large enough selection to substitute favorites. Busy parking lot with the right amount of parking with accessible spaces near the door with easy transitions.

For the first time ever..when I went thru the drive up I was told they had no donuts…I asked her to repeat what she said cause I thought I heard wrong. No donuts! I wondered if they had a camera view of customers who went thru their drive. If they did they would have seen me shake my head in disbelief that this place had no donuts.
I settled for a bagel.
The person on the window service was very apologetic and polite so she got 5 stars rating

Coffee does not taste good. Hasn’t been good more times than not. Dunno how they screw it up, but they’ve found a way once again. The owner needs to step up and get involved with quality if they want continued business. Gourmet Donuts just got some new business.

I wish I could give a better review. Must be new employees, drive thru was jammed with a bunch of cars. So I went inside. I waited for a bit, lady took my order. And then I waited I had to ask for all my missing food, employees standing around looking at me… Standing in front of me with out saying hey y’all set… I had to complain that my food wasn’t done. When I got my food ham & cheese sandwich melt… Ya right cold meat and two kinds of not melted cheese.. GROSS!!! Hope they can do better next time!
