Ordered 2 drinks, both large and this is the first time at any dunks locations, even this one, that they didn’t even come close to filling my cup. I said something and was told they couldn’t add more almond milk since I didn’t get a cup full of ice. All I asked was for a little less ice. And these pics are after a lot of the ice melted as I was driving home 15mins. There’s was still plenty of ice in it and I paid extra for the milk. That matcha drink cost me almost $7. You can see the coffee is the same way and it’s full. And they didn’t even mix my drink. It was completely dried powder at the bottom when I was handed it. The girl at the window looked just as puzzled as me when her coworker with the hijab on (I don’t remember her name and was RUDE) came to the window and was telling me no she can’t add more milk. So what am I paying like $0.50 more for? I’ve gotten this drink over a hundred times now if I had to guess and this is a first for me. I have a sibling and friends who work at dunks all around and they were shocked themselves to see that I was handed a drink like that.
I get all they have to do is push buttons and machines do it all for them but if I’m paying extra for the milk and a couple ice cubes less you can’t put a little extra milk when I asked so the cup wasn’t less than halfway filled. This is why I prefer Starbucks lately but didn’t have time to go during this run. Lesson learned. I’ll just pass on drinks next time.

Pretty irritated I walked over from a location im delivering to and ordered 2 bagels and cream cheese and specifically asked to cream cheese both sides like a normal human being would instead of slapping a glob on one side and mushing it together which this bothers me greatly but when I make it a point to ask to do it the way I wanted there wasn’t even a question of “sir itll cost extra” which I wouldve paid not happy about but wouldve paid but the gal so no problem so I walk back to my truck and see that they did not respect the customer and yes ill post pictures aswell as bring it up to the trucker Facebook groups with thousands upon thousands of truckers across the U.S I mean seriously who the hell cant cream cheese both sides

Manager Linda was very rude. I understand you’re busy, but that doesn’t mean you can be rude to your employees. Food wasn’t bad, would’ve given five stars if she treated her employees better.

The crew are always friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never had that long of a wait, both drive thru or inside. Manager and crew make you feel welcomed. My order is always correct. Even on the rare occasion they don’t have the donut I’d like, they have a great variety to choose from.

Store manager works hard to make store run ad best as it can. Problem isn’t the workers but the nagging type of a customer. These people have a hard job we don’t need to make it harder for them. I have great service at this location.

A terrible Dunkins location!! Beware if you order ahead!! My order is always wrong!! Never know what you will get, ordering ahead is a gamble! Lines are always long and there are a few extremely rude staff, especially if you tell them something in your order is wrong. My orders are always simple and the fix is always simple but they have a problem with fixing it. If they are out of something you pre ordered, they won’t say anything to you when you arrive and won’t offer to get you something different, YOU HAVE TO ASK, yourself. I used to go to this location almost everyday till I couldn’t deal with the daily mistakes any longer. This Dunkins is a joke!

Nominated for the worst DD in the country award. I am not exaggerating. It is that bad. They do nothing right most of the time. The other times it will be mostly wrong. They never even reach the 50% mark on their best day. They will totally mess up your simple order despite confirming it multiple times. Then, they will screw it up some more while attempting to fix it. It is almost comical. Make sure to use simple words with no more than 2 syllables when talking to them, and avoid using more than 3 words per sentence. Better yet, just avoid this place altogether.

The worst dd I’ve ever been to. I frequent other locations as well. Usually the coffee tastes burnt, they never toast breakfast sandwiches or not enough because there always running behind. Average wait there with no customer’s will still take about 5 minutes. Would give 0 stars if possible do yourself a favor and keep driving.
