Not sure whats up with these negative reviews. I am a regular here at this dunkins. The staff are always nice and funny, there have been times where my drink is wrong, my food is burnt or the wait times are slow. All of these things typically happen when they are getting slammed with customers. I do not blame them, and everytime i return and request a remake, the staff do it with no questions asked and they never charge me. The food and coffee here is just like any other dunkins in the area, absolute 5 stars.

EVERY time I go here, which I truly try not to but it is literally behind my house so sometimes in a rush like today, moving day, I needed to be quick go right there not to my favorite one across the city, and I REGRET IT everytimmmmmme! They can NOT make a correct coffee EVER! There is not one time I have been here that I have received a good drinkable coffee, most of the time I got back and ask for it to be remade only to have it come out just as bad! I just need to not go there ever again. PLEASE do not go there and go to the other 5 with in driving distance! Do better it shouldn’t be that hard.

Food is terrible do not recommend. Always stuffed in bag squished which makes everything mush. Usually burnt or cold. Coffee isnt terrible. Other locations in the area much better

This was the best dunks I’ve ever been too – everyone working was so nice. The guy taking the order with a beard was so sweet and then the girl who gave us the food gave me dogs some bacon. They also wrote on our cups “Have a good day” and they were so patient with our order. I really appreciate the kind people there.

Went to the drive through. Staff was patient, not rude with my order. But, i got something different than what i asked for. I asked for a chai latte, and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. They gave me a Chai latte, with 3 syrups in it, and a bacon egg and cheese. Ngl, i cant even complain because the food is good, but service was bad.

.ANYONE TELLING YOU HOW GREAT THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION ARE, ARE EITHER LYING, THEYRE ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES, OR ONE OF THE 3,4 REGULARS THEY ACTUALLY BOTHER TO SERVICE PROPERLY This location is HORRIBLE for service. 25 mins for one coffee,is TYPICAL, not “a bad day”. Theyre constantly rude, constantly have more employees behind the counter that arent doing a thing, than any other dunkins, they refuse to sevice walk ins until they “feel like it”( actual direct quote from one gir)l…and they act like they DESERVE your change every time. Id rather give my change to a homeless person than give it to one of these employees. And to top it off, after 25 mins for one coffee made wrong, 2 MORE employees walked in…..how many do they need to mess up an order or stand around, at one location? Ive seen stores with 2 workers operate more efficiently. These ppl dont need raises, they need to start showing they cam even handle the job they were hired to do in the first place!!
