Slowest dunks I’ve ever been in. Staff was meh at best. Received half my mobile order and the girl preparing it asked why I was still there, instead of “was there something wrong with the order” or basically anything else not considered rude. Plenty of other dunks in the area that don’t suck, so I recommend any other one.

Yesterday on a Saturday with absolutely no one in the store, I was refused service because I didn’t have a mask and he didn’t have any to offer. A mask mandate is absurd and not a law. There is however anti-discrimination laws.

Could not have been treated any more rude. The young girl that actually took my order was kind and courteous. The girl who put up the food and coffee had a terrible grudge on her shoulder about something. When I said ” I hope you have a better day tomorrow” she got even fresher and kept trying to defend her behavior. I live in this town and I’ve been to this Dunkin Donuts hundreds of times. First time I ever saw this girl there. Terrible experience.

I’m not from the area and I stopped here for a coffee. Now let me tell ya, I love a solid Dunks. And this place delivers. So solid you could build a foundation on this staff. Everyone there was so friendly And caring. They recommend the house regular french vanilla with milk only. Omg. Changed my life. I will def be stopping here again if I’m in town. Thanks!

Very small location, which is fine, except for the fact that it is absolutely filthy! From the ordering counter tops, to the shelves where the coffee mugs are displayed, to the backs of the coffee machines, and the floors! Completely a mess! The staff seems friendly, it’s unfortunate that the place looks the way it does.

I cannot have caffeine on the days I take a certain medication. They literally always make my “decaf” ESPRESSO drink with caffeine and I can’t tell until I’m like 90 mg into my little treat. It’s not Mike or Grace. Idk the other peoples’ names or who does it, but I don’t want to pay $5 for a huge crash and a nervous caffeine rush. It says decaf. I check with them too. Why?
