There is an assisted manager or may be he is an actual manager, but he is one reason why I don’t like going here he’s always complaining about the work and has negative energy that rubs off on you other than him I love the food and drinks and most other workers are friendly

The staff were nice enough but I ordered a bagel – lightly toasted with butter and got a blackened bagel loads with a puddle of butter and zero napkins (see attached photos). Could not eat it and got butter on my pants with no way to clean it up.

I am always disappointed by this Dunkin. From the long wait times to the almost constant inaccuracy of orders. They barely acknowledge you when you are there. I know several people who have always had these same experiences. Today I ordered jelly and glazed munchkins and got chocolate and these gross burnt or old glazed munchkins. Also a strawberry frosted donut which had hardly any frosting or sprinkles left on it, and was thrown into the bag with the munchkins. Low quality is almost a guarantee here.

While the food at dunkin has been terrible since they changed in 2017, at least it was convenient. However my wait time is always 15 – 30 minutes in drive through.

This is hands down the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The drinks and food always come out great, but the true stars of the show are the staff. A job well done day in and day out.

Not sure how a coffe with milk can come out tasting stale? Sour? Off???
Went in the shop and asked them. They made me a new coffee. Tasted the same:
As though the milk was sour or more likely they did not clean the machine properly. The taste was ‘day old wet cleaning cloth’.
Just wrong.
But worse was the staff seems entirely immune to complaints. They must be so use to them that they stopped caring as well.

The service was terrible. Told me they couldn’t put cream in my ICED latte because it would curdle. Which is ridiculous, cream doesn’t curdle over ICE!
