Stopped for coffee on my way home to New York. Monica, the miserable person taking the order was absolutely a disgusting example of customer service. I had 3 kids in the car with me & just needed a snack and coffee to get on the road. She was rude from the time of order giving me snotty responses through the intercom & when I got to the window I asked if there was a public bathroom – to which she replied “if it wasn’t open I wouldn’t be serving you” & walked away. The most disgusting attitude I’ve ever seen from an employee. If you’re that miserable – quit. I’m a believer in kill everyone with kindness, so she clearly hates herself and life. 0 reason for such a nasty attitude at 6 am. Based on the reviews below I’m not the only one who’s had such an encounter – so whoever the owner is, should re-evaluate the employees – SPECIFICALLY miserable Monica. 🙂

Honestly this is the worst coffee ever. This is complete milked down. I asked for oatmilk. They ended up adding more regular milk then coffee. People work there dont care what you order. Majority of the time they give snotty attitude. Everytime I go there my order is never want I wanted. This is the last time I will go here. I love coffee but this place just isnt cutting it!

This location is horrible. Plan for at least an extra half an hour in your morning commute if you plan to use the drive thru here. Not sure if it’s just poorly managed or what but they always seem to be adequately staffed.

Ive been to this store several times. It is disgusting on the inside. Hideous. Covered in stains and unsanitary. The employees are either over worked and understaffed or don’t care.
I’m lactose intolerant. I order my sandwiches without cheese. Most of the time, I receive a sandwich with cheese. I end up having to waste my time and seek a replacement or refund.
This is unacceptable. I reiterate, the store is disgusting on the inside. The store is in disarray. The worst Dunkin Ive ever been to, by far.

The good is that they are consistent with the product results. They are well trained in how to make a consistent product. I’ve ordered a variety of the drinks offered from latte’s to refreshers and the drinks they deliver are constantly good. They are probably the most consistent and best at making drinks in the Berkshires. So what I’m going to say next is why I took a star away. I wish some of the morning staff would be friendlier. Once you do talk to them they are friendly but they definitely need to work on the facial expressions because they look miserable. So it throws the good vibes off but I will give them credit that they are friendly when they are speaking to you.

My girlfriend is hooked. Prices are decent, coffee is decent. The espresso isn’t impressive but the cold brew is good. Convenience factors in a lot. Ordering thru the app and hitting the drive thru gets easier every time.
