Overall a good Dunkin’. It gets pretty busy and the line can be long – but everyone who works here does their best. Huge improvement over the past few months. The food is fresh, the coffee is hot, the restaurant is clean, and the employees are friendly. Not much more I could ask out of a Dunkin’ Donuts. This is definitely one of the nicer ones I’ve been to and I will continue to be a customer here.

I don’t know what happened to this dunkin, the old manager was amazing and the food was always on point. Today 2/27/26, I ordered Dunkin and was served a moldy bacon egg and cheese. Absolutely horrifying. This is not okay, and I know it wasn’t missed, it’s right on top! How could you serve people mold????

Don’t walk inside. Cars that pulled in the driveway thru 10 minutes after I ordered got in and out before my coffee and sandwich order. Very slow inside and it’s obvious they prioritize the drive thru.

Out of the 3 last mobile orders, all 3 had missing items. Staff doesn’t seem to talk to customers, just keeps to themselves. Always ordered at least 15 minutes ahead of time.

Ordered 2 simple medium hot coffees with cream and caramel swirl and they were both wrong and it took 2 servers trying to figure out how to fix them Very frustrating ended up still getting wrong order . Ended up with one cream one caramel swirl in each . Was like drinking black coffee .

Here it is 4 o’clock on a weekday afternoon. They are not able to keep their lobby open and there are now three cars ahead of me on the drive-through because this Dunkin’ cannot get it together to be open at 4 o’clock on a weekday. I walked into the lobby and they rudely kicked me out and would not explain to me why they couldn’t keep their store open until 4 o’clock on a Friday afternoon. They did not apologize for kicking me out of the lobby. They owe us an apology. What a bunch of incompetent rude people.
