I walked in at 18:15 to get food and coffee. I was told that I can only have coffee since they are closing. They close at 19:00, NOT 18:15! I should be able to order anything on the menu as long as it’s within established business hours!

It’s so sad that some people doesn’t do their job right!! If you don’t like your job just get another but don’t be messing up people orders. I did a mobile order when I went inside they had a sign saying they didn’t have certain ingredients and the things I specifically ordered they weren’t going to be able to make they offered me a donut which I politely declined and asked for a refund they said I need to do it on the app it’s been two weeks and I’ve been getting the run around

Service is consistently very slow. Low staffing and store not clean or organized. Looks like they need to up the game. Don’t order mobile order here as you’ll still wait a while for it upon arrival. Faster to just mobile order from someplace else.
