On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional when I raised the issue instead of trying to resolve it. I have photos showing the cup was barely half full.
Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service and misleading portioning. I would not recommend this location.
To make matters worse:
The App is never updated They let you pay for items they don’t have.
They change your order without asking, and when you confront them, the only response you get is “we ran out” delivered with a massive side of attitude.
This has happened 3 out of the 4 times I’ve visited this week. It’s always some BS, no matter the time of day.
The only saving grace: The older lady who works the morning shift. She is the only person there who actually knows what she’s doing. Everyone else, including the managers, seems completely incompetent when it comes to ordering supplies and training staff.
Best Advice: Take the extra few minutes to drive to any other Dunkin’. This one is a mess. Do better, Dunkin’!
I usually stop by between 5:00–5:30 a.m. before work, and the service is almost always poor. There’s an older woman—possibly the manager—who regularly comes across as rude and dismissive.
What’s worse, my order is frequently wrong. I order a simple cold brew with caramel, yet they somehow forget it or barely add any at all. My sandwich is often overcooked, undercooked, or missing ingredients like cheese, bacon, or jam.
I’d recommend avoiding this location and going somewhere else if you want your order made correctly and basic courtesy.
When I returned a second time, I was greeted with the same unfriendly attitude, and it felt like basic courtesy was missing. I’m always respectful when I speak to staff, so the energy I received back was disappointing.
Because of that, I decided to go to Starbucks today instead. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but customer service really does matter, and I hope this helps improve the experience for others in the future.
