I was in this morning ordered an iced latte The young girl at the drive thru window was rude .!l I asked her if it was a latte . The coffee handed to me look like just only milk. I asked if they would change it and she said “well this is already made” wow talk about no customer service . 2nd time my wrap is hard over cooked and hash browns cold. Also if you have free coffee from your points don’t order a latte it’s not included!! It doesn’t say that in the description.

Not sure about other times of the week, but on weekday mornings, this is the best Dunkin’ in town! They have always gotten my order right, and in a timely and efficient manner, unlike some other Dunkins in Westfield… Stop here on your way to work if you want a quick and hassle-free breakfast 🙂

I used to brag about the N. Elm Dunkin, but lately the sandwich maker isn’t reading tickets and screwing things up. Beth at the counter is great, Vicky in the drive thru rocks. Just that one idiot. I’ve switched to this Dunkin because everything is right, every single time. Counter and kitchen works great and every one is wonderful.

Just give the customer what they asked for. Seems like napkins are hard to come by in case food these days.

Great service. I was extremely sad to see that these young girls are not allowed to accept tips. These young girls and guys need that in order to live in Massachusetts. Management or owner please change this.

Still rude and slow. In line and waited five minutes in order to have my order taken(no one was in front of me ). Was asked to pull up to the second window after ordering a coffee. Do not come here. They don’t know what they’re doing.

Rude, slow almost every time. Several times decaf coffee has “run out” when I went there in the afternoon (as in there is none that can be brewed at that time). I asked for donuts in two separate bags or to hand one of the donuts to me (to not get chocolate on a donut for my dog). The lady put them together and then realized her mistake (the coworker told her). She then argued with the coworker and explained to me why she felt I didn’t need two separate bags (ie your dogs will be fine). I didn’t say a word to her, baffled that she was acting this childish. She asked me to pull up to another window so she could give me a donut in a separate bag (I had all other items already and it would have taken her 2 seconds). They might as well hire high school students because they would get the same behavior for a lower pay.

I ordered a sandwich for breakfast on the app. When I went to pick up the order they told me they didn’t have the right ingredients so I asked if they could cancel the order. They told me they couldn’t, that I had to do it on the app. The app made me wait two days to speak with a human who is now responding but telling me now I have to ask the franchise owner for me money back on an order I never even picked up- because they didn’t have the food that they offered. Haven’t heard from the owner- it’s been 3 days, I just want my money back. I was a customer at Dunkin for over 20 yrs but will not be going back now because they have absolutely no customer service skills.
