This is one of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. I really enjoy the store, because they are open 24 seven. For folks like me who work the night shift, it always makes the shift a little bit easier. Staff is always friendly. Sometimes I wish Duncan had more options like they did 10 years ago. But we will take what we can get.”!

A Dunkin’ is a Dunkin, and this one served. Honestly, better tasting coffee than other locations in my opinion past 1PM. Iced coffee was perfect and filled to the top, green tea tasted fresh, and the bagel was toasted just right. Super clean inside with a really nice marble fireplace by the seating area (not pictured). Staff seemed a bit tired or annoyed, but it didn’t affect my experience at all—

I was driving to this Dunkin. I put an order in my app. It said it was about a mile away, which was true however there’s so many freaking Duncan. It must’ve been a Duncan that was the opposite direction behind me. So when I get to the Dunkin, they’re like we don’t have your order. I give them the address of my order place and apparently it was eight minutes back from the way I came. I’m pregnant With a headache and I figured a tea would help that and I have my one and a half year-old with me who’s crying in the car. Really wasn’t having a good day. And good customer service would be like let me see your order to see what I can do. She just says I can’t just give you a free drink. I said ma’am, it’s a tea. It’s a water with a teabag. They gave me a hard time. If you’re that, so stuck up over a freaking water with a teabag like figure it out, Just made my day even better

I’ve been to this location multiple times, they never make my drink correctly which is funny because it’s a simple cookie butter cold latte they advertise! They’re too lazy to add my cold foam no cookies and when you say something they gaslight you into saying it’s the same thing.. but it isn’t the same thing look at the damn photos or the drink them look at the ice coffee you gave me

I always have a good time at Dunkin. Whenever I need a coffee quick, I always choose Dunkin’ Donuts. Manny does a great job running these. I’ve been to Dunkin’ Donuts all over the United States and Manny without question runs the best of them all. Keep up the good work

I had blessed experience at this place today. The place itself always clean and makes you feel like you came home. The head worker Missy always with a smile on her face, makes the best coffee in town hands down. Almost forgot about new receptionist Anna. She is kind and polite like the rest of the workers . Absolutely disgusting the only thing that’s good about this place is the way they make their make their coffees. The food is completely raw. Disgusting not cooked all the way their famous words are. “ we rely on the sandwich to heat up the cheese.” It’s the most disgusting thing that could ever be said to a customer that is not how it should be done. You should not be giving anyone raw food all food should be completely cooked all the way through.
