I would give 0 if I could . First off the young girl’s attitude is terrible. I asked her to 1st my chocolate protein because it tasted water down and sour . She told me if I have an issue do not go to that Dunkin’ Donuts. She threw the bag at me . She was laughing with the young man working at the window . Than the sandwich was cold and not cooked properly. I wish I could upload a picture of the sandwich. The presentation was terrible. As someone who has worked at Dunkin’ Donuts in the past . It appears poor management and the workers don’t know customer service skills.

Always clean including bathrooms. Staff always friendly and helpful. My coffee is always made different. It’s either fantastic or horrible nothing in between.

There must be absolutely no management here. If there is they’re really bad at managing this dunkin. The mornings are okay but dont go anytime after noon. The employees are awful. They refuse to take anyone’s order and if they do, plan on sitting at the driving thru for at 10 -15min to order and another 10 -15 to get your order. But thats on a good day. Most times they dont say anything, while they are clearly open. Seems the employees here just dont want to work and think they can get away with it because they have been. THEYRE LAZY! they all collecting a paycheck to do nothing. Why even tell a customer you will be with them in a moment and never come back to take their order. Every single employee here has an unpleasant look and demeanor. They act like the customer is causing them more misery by being there. I try not to go to this location but sometimes its hard not too since its right next to the mass pike/ highway entrance. Who ever is the DM for this location needs to fire everyone and re-hire immediately. Oh and the coffee sucks. It tastes like its been sitting in a pot for 5 hours.

Walked into a dirty floor and completely dirty restrooms and hot water faucet in sink dripping. No napkins in the dispenser. Employees eating while taking to people and more worries about their Chinese food order than customer service.

Walked in to get a frozen drink and had to ask for service, but once I got my order, it was perfectly made., thick, on the darker side not too milky and not all ice. Worth calling for assistance.
