Let me start by saying that the morning crew here is PHENOMENAL ❤️. However their afternoon crew is far from even acceptable . Ordered a frozen caramel coffee, no whipped cream and 10 old fashioned glazed munchkins for my dog Bubba. What i got was a frozen coffee loaded with so much cream it was white and the munchkins were not glazed old fashioned. I gave them back to the girl and told her what I asked for (she’s in pajama pants and has some sort of infection going on all around her mouth ). That’s when, I’m assuming, the shift manager comes to the window and asked me what was wrong. Before I could even finish she cut me off and said they discontinued the glazed old fashioned, then she said she didn’t hear me when I ordered. I said if they’re discontinued, just tell your customer that, don’t give ke something I didn’t order. The girl in her pajamas then slammed the window shut and said “BYE “. Now, I’m angry , this is how you treat customers?? I at that point waited at the window for the manager to come back, when she did, I told her now I want my receipt so I can make a complaint about the horrible customer service and the rudeness of the girl who slammed the window shut while I was talking. She then proceeded to yell at me for being upset about the entire interaction. Screamed at me to “Get the hell out of her drive thru “

Staff is beyond rude I’ve seen them treat customers poorly especially a young girl by the name of heather she should be fired look at your cameras and view her behavior with customers unacceptable. Because of this DD bad experience I refuse to support this chain

I had a post from 7 months ago that I have had to take down sadly. It was a great review and 5 stars. Now I can only give this place one star because for the past 6 orders I have asked for flavor shots and gotten not one. I receive an almost black coffee and forced to throw it away as my destination does not have sugar or cream. I use flavor shots in place of sugar while also flavoring my coffee. I’ve even started going inside and asking if they used any before actually taking my order with me. I’m always told yes and then to my surprise the coffee has 0. I’ve even ordered in person and not used my app and still the same thing.
This store has been my favorite location for the past 4 years. I will no longer be using this location as “my dunkins”. It is this or I continue to throw hard earned money down the drain. I hope the manager reads this and maybe this review can have a positive impact and fix the issues going on.

This place is terible especially the old lady. she wasnt nice at all. She took my order okay whatever. i ordered 1 small refresher, a dunkin wrap, and 1 chocolate frosted donut. She charged me for the dunkin wrap, 2 drinks and 2 chocolate donuts. Instead of my dunkin wrap she gave me the 2 dollar wake up wrap. When i told her that isnt what she charged me for she said “that is the dunkin wrap” maybe she didnt know so i told her it wasnt and pointed to the actual dunkin wrap she said she cant make it because its frozen. How did this come out to 15.89? On top of that she had an attitude the whole time. You can just tell she hates her job.

I go to this dinkin EVERY DAY multiple times a day. I have rewards we are supposed to get $3 refreshers all summer! For some reason it wasn’t working. Workers look at me like Im dumb….so the total is now 4.27 instead of 3.21 i had 4.25 gave it too them they still looked at me like I was dumb because I was 2 cents short. From now on I’m not going to this location. Im all set
UPDATE: Just checked my transaction history on my phone it did ring up $3.21 the guy ringing my order pocketed my $1!

I don’t even know how this Dunkin has 3.9 in rating when it’s the worst Dunkin in the area or I’ve ever been. Drive thru service is the most slowest ever. Not even mention inside where all the employees seems so miserable the service is awful and the food even worse. I ordered a frozen coffee and after 2 hours at the drive- thru I got a melted ice coffee instead.
By the way, it’s not the first time, every time that I go to this Dunkin is the same issue
