Im a hard working honest former employee of this location. They discriminated against me for no reason when I had documentation of my learning disability. The major issue of my disability are sensory issues (Can’t wear a headset) and being organized. When I first got there the manager Amanda was very understanding standing to my disability and never made me wear the headset and always had me on 10-3 only .then they fired Amanda and replaced her with Jessica Hastings who doesn’t care about any one with disability and she gave me the closing shift on purpose so that I would fail and then put me under investigation for a unknown reason which I believe was because I have a disability and she wanted to make my job extra hard and then fired me because of my disability. Jessica is a horrible manger and all she cares about is her baby daddy drama and is unprofessional and the shift lead bo hates women and is controlling and unprofessional as well they both need to be fired . I’m in the process of filing a discrimination case with the state of Massachusetts equal opportunity commission and then a lawsuit if needed.

I had the sweetest worker (I believe here name is Cara) she paid out of her own pocket when my gift card had less on it than I had realized and didn’t have my wallet with me. I returned another four times looking for her to give her a tip and my thanks again for her kindness; so far no luck but I have enjoyed my order with no mistakes each time!!

Service is not bad, they’re doing the best they can. They forget little things like the donuts so I make sure to have my phone open with my order so that I can check it (I do order ahead).

I came here with my mom to get a pumpkin spice ice coffee and a chocolate glazed donut and a jelly donut. The food was great the pumpkin spice ice coffee was great. There was a big line in the drive thru but my mom decided to go inside because it was less crowded inside. The staff were nice and friendly to my mom. The parking lot is small with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. They also have bathrooms here and a handicap stall. You could either dine inside or you could do take out here. They also have a drive thru. I think they also have an app that you could use on your cell phone to buy food and get points for different rewards.
